They gave me an estimate of $700 to trim tree - too expensive!

I contacted through Angie's list. Falcon contacted me quickly, then called to set up appointment for estimate. Came on time for estimate and work session. Skillfully trimmed tree and cleaned up after tree was done, even raking and disposing of the leaves from a nearby tree! I will definitely call him again!

The company was prompt to call and make an appointment for an estimate. They scheduled this appointment within a couple of days. The surveyor gave an estimate after seeing the property and needed services. We believe this company would do a great job, yet we had to decline the offer as we could not afford it at this time, even with a voucher.

Tree removal went smooth and they cleaned the job site up perfectly. Highly recommend them!

The guys were on time & got right to work; they cleaned up as they went & did a thorough job. If there was a question, they asked before cutting. They all were very friendly & pleasant, It was a very hot day, so they planned the job for the first 2 hours which were a bit cooler for them. I used a groupon coupon and was given the $400 credit toward the total cost which made it much more affordable. I'll plan to have them back in a year or so.

Ruben was able to bid and perform the work the same week. The pruning and clean up was amazing. Work areas were left better looking when they left due to the diligent raking and use of their chipper. They even raked up apples and walnuts that were already on the ground. The fruit trees now have a wonderful shape to them and Ruben told me how to care for them in the future. The bid was very reasonable and the work performed was very professional.

The work they did was good. They actually raised the price on me from the original estimate but they did a really bang up job. I observed the work they did and it was topnotch and did save this big old tree that would have been in danger of falling over if they had not fixed it. They did a good job for what I wanted them to do. They know what they're doing. I would use them again.

We were amazed at how quickly Ruben had the tree and vines down and chipped and the entire area cleaned up. We've never seen anyone work that hard and fast. We were very glad we had called Falcon Tree Service

I was very happy with the work Falcon Tree provided. Ruben and his son were extremely efficient, thorough, and polite, and Ruben was very knowledgeable about what caused the death of some of my trees. Their limbing was very professional. I asked them to leave the chips for use as mulch and to create a snag for wildlife from the dead maple, both of which they did very well. I paid slightly more than the estimate but that was because I asked them to take out additional limbs once they started the job. Considering the amount of time and work involved with the job and the distance from Keizer to Corvallis, I felt the price was extremely fair.

I could not even GET an estimate. I wanted a written estimate and he would not give me one even though I asked twice. Said he didn?t want to do the job. I wanted six trees trimmed. He said it wasn?t worth his time? He mumbled he didn?t have time for this. I told him I had already paid for it and please give me an estimate for the work. I was mystified. He said he didn?t have time. He was over 3 hrs late. I got a phone call that he was going to be late. Clean but not courteous. He behaved as if he didn?t have time for me. He spoke to me as he was walking away and other behaviors that communicated disrespect. I live in a 2700 sq ft 4 bdrm house with a very nice yard. I was very puzzled by his attitude. The guy was a real piece of work. Wow. Because of my experience with Falcon Tree Experts I probably will not use Angie?s List again. I wouldn?t trust this guy to sweep my front porch.

We had a HUGE, overgrown arborvitae privacy hedge running along one side of the house. They contacted me almost immediately after I purchased the Big Deal and we set an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time and we discussed what I wanted done on the hedge. He gave a written estimate and we scheduled a time for the work to be done. He also gave me advice on how to care for the hedge in the future and was very knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would, took care of the work quickly and efficiently. The hedge looked beautiful when they were finished. I asked if we could have the shredded trimmings afterward and they put the shredded material precisely where I asked. All in all I was VERY pleased with their work and will use Falcon Tree Experts again when a need arises.

The work that was done was very good, however the provider had no interest in the Big Deal and they wanted to discuss other work to be done for my yard. They showed up when they were suppose too. I did have them do some work for me and it was for about $1,150. The price for that was reasonable for the work that they did. I live in a heavily wooded area. They cut some trees that needed to be cut due to some rot that was showing. They also cut down some full trees and also cut down trees into wood burning sizes too. They did perfect on the quality, but I was discouraged based off the Big Deal.

That service was good. They came out 2 different times to get the stump grinding done. I paid another $250 for that, but there was a lot for them to do. One arborist came out and he was here for 4 hours. They were responsive, fairly priced and I was very happy with them. They were also very pleasant.

That turned out great. They trimmed 3 trees that were much needed. Two arborist came out and it took them about an hour to do the work. They took everything that they chopped and the clean-up was done well.

They were very good; I would recommend them.

Service was very fast. Received a bid on Tuesday and service performed 2 days later. Workers were fast and efficient. I think I may not have gotten a $73 credit that I paid as an offer either from Groupon or Angie's List, but I'm not pursuing it because I feel the cost of the service was fairly reasonable. P.S. I would rather not have shared my home address as a part of this review. Not comfortable with having everyone know where I live. Perhaps Angie's List might want to re-consider asking for this information since it is distributed widely. I am sharing my review with Band of Neighbors as a courtesy to Falcon Tree Experts.

They came and did a written estimate and told me what they were going to do and advised how much it would be. He arrived on time and completed the work and cleaned up. By the time he finished it didnt even look like they had been in my yard. Great job and great clean up.

I've had them back out to remove a couple of trees. I am going to use them again in a couple of months to do some more trimming. I like their professionalism. They did a good quality job and they cleaned up all their debris. They even removed all the wood for me.

The bid was too high for the work needed in my opinion.

I purchased a Big Deal for $73 for $150 worth of tree service. He told me it is $150 for the removal of just one tree limb. I needed more work done, about 7 limbs that needed to be removed. I decided not to go with this service after the quoted price.

I was amazed how fast they did this with a crew of 3. It was done in about 4-5 hours. Owner was very skilled and easy to communicate with. I had a tree service in another town cut down a pine tree. They left the cut up wood for a number of days before they removed it.

They did an excellent job. I will use them in the future for all of my tree and bush prunings.

The ground here is full of rocks and difficult to dig. He said he could remove the stump of the old tree close by. Since the tree had not arrived from the nursery, we had to wait a few months. They came out a week before Christmas, Ruben and Javier, planted the tree and removed the stump as much as possible. That tree stump was really tough and it was very cold outside. They did a great job. Now lets see if the tree does its thing.

They were awesome and quick, thorough and clean. They had the job done in no time. They came out as soon as we could arrange the time. They were very accommodating. I did pay more because they did more work for me than what was on the big deal. It was worth the money. I would use them again.
