Description of Work: They worked on four trees of various sizes that required moderate to extensive trimming. The work was excellent, and Reuben was very conscientious about checking with me on any concerns. I had none, but I was glad to know he wanted to make sure I would be pleased with the work. The price beat all of the other estimates, the work went at a steady pace, and the results are excellent. The only survey item that did not receive a perfect score was punctuality, only because another customer kept changing their schedule which impacted the work at my house.

Description of Work: We worked to schedule an appointment. After several phone calls, we had an appointment scheduled. They called to postpone and reschedule - ok, fine. But then they did not show up for the newly scheduled appointment (Tuesday, Apr 14 at 530 PM) and did not call. The person on the phone was not very professional and did not instill confidence. This is not a company I would trust doing work at my home based on these phone conversations and the appointment no-show.

Description of Work: Removed a Birch, Pine and Cottonwood tree... Ruben also trimmed three branches overhanging the roof... He and his helper did a very nice job cleaning up and stacking wood I wanted to keep for future burning... As a bonus he cut and removed an old stump...

Description of Work: Came out and looked at removing a large and tall fir tree with another family member. They gave a verbal cost of $800. I called them back and asked for a written estimate. I never received one nor a call back. I'm assuming they were not interested in doing the job. The company apparently hires workers, but according to their CCB license information, they do not carry Workers Comp insurance.

Description of Work: Cleared blackberry vines, ivy, and other foliage, and trimmed many large trees, as well as removed smaller trees, and cleared leaves from front and back decks. The work went fine. The scheduling and contract signing was not seamless.

Description of Work: Ruben climbed and trimmed my 3 very large trees. His crew trimmed and shaped my arborvitae hedge. Limbs and debree ran through a chipper. Property was cleaned up appropriately. Everything went very well. Anyone who needs work done on their trees should hire Falcon Tree Experts.

Cleared out small size cherry trees and some dead wood here and there. |There was some confusion about payment with coupon. I feel I payed more than I should have but he is a good man and we will work it out.

Description of Work: Falcon Tree service and I e-mailed back and forth for a set up time and date to get a cost estimate for the work. Their schedule and mine schedule delayed the estimate for a week or so. They provided me with a written estimate that did not include the Angie's List reduction, so I request another estimate with that amount included in the estimate. After reviewing the cost decide it was over the amount I was willing to pay. Falcon Tree was very good working with me to set up times for the estimate and I have no complaints.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate for trimming one to several trees. I have never hired a professional tree trimmer so I was not familiar with how much it costs to trim or cut down trees. I decided to have them trim a couple of our older cherry trees for ~$250. Luckily I had purchased it as a deal on Angie's list so I did not pay the full price but I did pay in addition to my deal price. Their work was high caliber, timely and neat since they discarded the tree trimmings.

Description of Work: Reuben arrived right on time as scheduled. He verified the limbs we wanted removed and the tree to be removed and went right to work. We sat in our lawn chairs and observed as he systematically disassembled the tree and other limbs. It was very interesting and his professionalism gave us no reason for concern. I'm sure we will call him again someday.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for Tree Service. They trimmed the branches of the tree that were getting close to my house. They were tidy and did not leave a mess in the yard. Overall, they did good work. However, they had booked an appointment shortly after mine. Because of this, they rushed through trimming the top of the trees and did not do a very good job for this part. Also, I requested a quote to trim some bushes but I felt the price was too high. Aside from these, I felt they did a fine job.

Description of Work: I had a 30 year old large tree in my back yard that was leaning and shading out my garden area. I called them for a quote. They came over the same day and gave me a quote. I asked them how soon they could do the job. They did it the next day in about 2 hours with three of them working. They were very professional and very skilled in climbing the tree and limbing it out and making sure none of the branches damaged the roof of my house or poked holes in the lawn when they fell. They removed all the branches, cut the larger ones and trunk in the correct length for splitting to make firewood. They stacked the wood where I asked leaving the lawn clean. They ground the stump. I was very pleased.
