Dr. Gutter guy is a family owned business providing exterior home services in Salem and surrounding area for 20 years. We are committed to being good stewards with an emphasis on being good servants to each client providing high quality services and building long lasting trustworthy relationships with those we serve. We all just want to know were getting what we paid for and nobody wants to be the one who didn’t, we stand by evert job big or small and we found that being available after the job is thru is just as important as doing a great job. If that’s a secret to success than maybe we just stumbled upon it or maybe that’s the way it’s always been with companies that grow and prosper. We know were only as good as the people who work for us so maintaining a qualified workforce who our committed to help fulfill the vision and purpose of the family business is essential. Our employees if not already a part of the family become a part and have a vested interest in our growth and success. Helping them to achieve their dreams and goals along the way. We get it. Description of Work: They cleaned the moss off my roof and cleaned my gutters, then treated my roof with moss killer. The final cost was about $200 less than the estimate. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I don't live in Salem so the entire transaction had to be done via email and text. They sent photos, complete explanations for the required work, sent texts to keep me apprised, AND, made a great recommendation for another provider to do some additional work, as well as offered to meet that other provider to show them what needed to be done. Description of Work: Good explanation of work to be done. Also provided information on areas to keep an eye on and how to do it myself. Quote received when promised and work was scheduled. He called when the other job he had scheduled finished early and started the work, completed early and did a good job cleaning up and not leaving a mess in our yard.

Description of Work: This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. They arrived as scheduled, cleaned all gutters and downspouts, re-attached loose supports and even cleaned off the debris that had collected on our sky-light. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Requested bid on replacing two down spouts and possible gutter repair. The owner had taken the call,was in the area, and arrived in about ten minutes. It turned out gutters were okay so only two down spouts needed replacement. He made a call to his crew who arrived shortly and did the job. This company replaced the gutter system many years ago. We were satisfied with their work then which is why we called them again.
