Dr Gutter Guy

We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Dr. Gutter Guy. When we called initially we left a message and they called back right away. They were friendly and able to make the appointments to fit our schedule. The quote/bid was reasonable and the work was done on time. We found the company on Angie's List and are happy to recommend Dr Gutter Guy to anyone needing gutters. Great job!!

He did a fine job, as contracted for and on time.

Called for estimate of gutter replacements, gutters were leaking, sagging, and nails pulling out. I did not get a call back unitl late the following day. I scheduled an appointment for the estimate and Brian showed up on time. I expalined my concerns and after speaking with him, he explained that I may not need replacements by examining the condition of the system. He asked if he could climb on roof and inspect the gutters, to my surprise and relief I was informed he could re-secure them and patch the corner and repair the leak. I received the estimate for the repair, compared all other estimates. I accepted his bid and Brain and his brother showed up as scheduled. They did what was explained to me and did a great job. Not only did they resecure and repair the first leak they found and repaired a second leak which I was unaware of. This crew is professional and they saved me lots of money. Another positive I will mention is that Brain supports our Military, a huge kudos from a Vet.

We called Dr. Gutter Guy because the reviews on Angie's list were good, and there was a coupon. The response was very quick and we received a free estimate. We were scheduled very promptly. The owner, Brian, and his brother did the work. They were prompt, professional and very personable. Very nice to do business with a family-owned business, and we will use them again.

They came out and did an excellent job. They found 3 broken seals and are coming back to repair them.

See description above. The new downspouts are scheduled to be installed on 1/20/12. This property is in a town 45 miles from my home. My adult son who is developmentally delayed lives there. He is semi-independent, but I have to find workmen for the occasional repairs to the property over the phone. Though I go see my son every week, I still don't know many businesses in the area. My son lives in Mt. Angel and nearly everyone I find has to come from the Salem area. All things considered I was pleased with the experience with this firm. My only problem was that they were a bit hard to reach by phone. They did eventually return my calls.

Requested quote by email. Dr GG asked for photos and rough measurements. Received quote and it was reasonable. Schedule job..... 3 guys showed up. Discussed task and then left them alone. Gutter was custom formed on site. Job was done in half a day and has a 2 year warranty. Included was a "tune up" of the rear gutters ( tested and re-secured were loose ) Final price was $20 more than estimate because of the unplaned need for two water diverters. Would highly recommend this man and his crew.

Brian came the next day and gave us an estimate. He came out on the day appointed and worked effeciently and professionally and did a great clean-up. Would recommend him to anyone.

What is really great about them is that they will schedule us and then come out and look at our properties and then will let us know what we need. We have been using them annually, and are continuously happy with them. The pricing is really good, because we own great rental properties and they give us a great price for all the services.

They did a very good job. It was the first time that we used them. Their price was the same as every bid we got. The quality of their work was very good. Their professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness were excellent. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything went well: Brian and helper worked efficiently, coordinated with the painters - he had to wait after removal for the primer to be applied - and was responsive to requests. (My wife discovered that a downspout was not perfectly plumb and he thanked her for pointing it out and corrected it immediately.)

They were very prompt. They did excellent work matching what was already there to what they added. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Dr. Gutter Guy did a good job cleaning gutters but got in a hurry and did not install second story gutter guards according to manufacturer's instructions. He called back a couple of days later and said he could tell I was not entirely satisfied with the job and that he'd return and make it right at no cost, which he did within a short timeframe. We also were notified by phone on the first service date that we were overcharged for the gutter guards and were due a refund which we promptly received in the mail. Overall, I give Dr. Gutter Guy an "A" for responsiveness for returning to do the job right, and an "A" for honesty for notifying us of the overcharge (which we probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise) and prompt refund.

We've used them for years and he's prompt, gets the work done, does a good job, and I have no complaints. He would certainly be able to handle a single house without any problems. He's got a couple of helpers, but he does all of the work himself.

It went great and was easy. The price came in right as quoted and I think I paid about $300-$500 for replacing all the gutters. They were really professional and the work done was good quality. I thought that the best part was that I called them and they showed up the next week and did all and I did not have to be there. It was perfectly cleaned up and I just came home and had brand new gutters.

No problems. I called, they came, did a good job.

They came to do an estimate. They told me what they could do. Said it would cost $80. They did the work right then. They found the end cap needed to be fixed and did that without charging me any more. They cleaned up any mess that they made. I got a 3 year guarrantee on their job. Said to call them if I have any problems and they will fix it for free.

Just as last year, he did a great job.

Brian cleans and inspects our roofs, gutters and downspouts annually. Last fall, he helped us identify gutters and downspouts that needed repair or replacement. We agreed. He gave us separate estimates for each property and, after we approved those, said they would be in touch with us early this year to schedule the work. Brenda called in January to schedule the work, and it was completed on the date she suggested. The final costs came in very close to the original estimates. The costs for the gutter work for each property were: $191 (complex with 6 buildings), $220 (5 buildings) and $528 (6 buildings with more substantial work needed). We were very pleased with the workers and the quality. Every time Dr Gutter Guy has told us they will contact us when it is time to schedule work, they always remember. They don't just show up, either. They have always coordinated with us for every job.

He did the job very quickly. He was very personable when he was there working. This was the best experience I've ever had. They showed up on time to do the work. They showed up a little bit early too.

The Gutter Guy comes to clean out my gutters once a year and always comes right when they say they will. They work like crazy and deliver exceptional quality service. Every inch of the gutter is checked before they finish. They are very meticulous in the clean up also.
