Our windows are great.

They sent somebody to house, and they made a proposal. They showed me the style and had a diagram of what it was going to look like, what it was going to cost, and when they could do it. I decided to go with them. They were great. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time and professional, and they cleaned up. They did a great job. I haven't had any problems with the windows.

Two installers arrived on time, immediately began work and didn't stop until work was completed to my satisfaction. The entire process of removal of the old window, clean-up of the sill, installation and caulking of new double hung window took approximately 2 1/2 hours. They were very good about clean-up of the surrounding area, inside and outside. Very professional. I would not hesitate to hire Discount Windows again.
Description of Work: I had an old 40" X 50" double pane window in my garage that I wanted replaced with one that I could open for fresh air. It was replaced with a double hung window that can be opened at the top or bottom for ventilation. The new window is highly rated for weatherization and state rebate, as well as UVB and UVA rating.
