They got it done within the allotted time except for the staining that had to wait on weather. It went pretty fast and smooth

First off our back porch was about 3ft * 5ft, one step and about 2ft high. Solid concrete. Jason's team worked 2 days to jack hammer the porch out. It was a lot of work and they did a great job and hauled all the concrete off. Then they started on our beautiful all cedar deck and hand rail. Jason and the team at Black Diamond Fence and Deck, did an absolutely quality, professional job. They even stained and sealed the deck, rail and steps when they were done. They cleanedup the area and left everything just like it was when they got there, with the addition of a brand new beautiful deck. We will be working with Jason and his team at Black Diamond Fence and Deck next year to extend our deck even more.

Estimate was higher than we wished to pay, so we did not use Black Diamond.

From the beginning Jason could 'see' the vision I've had for these fence pieces to be added to the 2 corners in the front yard to provide a backdrop for the rose bushes that are there with additional space to add flowers. His crew was prompt and professional, and had it installed in no time. The cost of service also included all of the vinyl fence pieces, which were of excellent quality. Jason came and we did a walk thru prior to ordering the fence pieces to confirm what style I wanted, etc. He was very good at communication throughout the project. The white vinyl picket fence adds a lot of character to the yard and really sets off the roses. I can't wait to finish the landscaping.

Jason and his crew came in and finished the fence on schedule (almost, but not his fault. The plan had to be changed in the middle). Everything looks good. Well done job.

Jason came within a day or two of my call to give me an estimate. He was right on time. He listened carefully to my needs, brought pictures to show me various fence and gate options, and made sensible suggestions. He emailed me his estimate the same day with all of the options we discussed. Once I hired him he came to my house within a couple of days to do the work. He not only did beautiful work, but left the yard clean and neat.

They were very professional, reasonably priced, and completed quality work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Black Diamond's services.

After initial contact Jason met us at the house within a few days. The next day we received their estimate. They were able to start the project within a week. They even worked e weekend to get the project done faster. They were very punctual, friendly, and thorough. Communication regarding work progress was excellent. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Went well showed up on time and finished one day

Overall experience was great. Owner always returned my calls and was always on time when meeting with him to go over the build. They used quality products and appeared that they take pride when picking out the wood to be used for the fence. They showed up on a Monday and had the entire fence done in three days. Since the build the owner has called and checked in to make sure we are happy and did not have any issues.

Jason and his crew replaced a deteriorated fence with beautiful cedar fencing, including a kickplate exactly to my request. I am thrilled, and find the workmanship impeccable. They arrived and completely very quickly and efficiently. They worked with me to keep my little dog happy too.

The representative arrived on time to give me a quote. He was courteous and thorough. I received an estimate in a reasonable time. The price was competitive.

They were very quick and didn't take very long to get the quote to me.

The bid was for $4500. I liked that he listened and asked a lot of good questions. He took what I had to say. His price was reasonable but a little than what I wanted to spend. I received a bid from another company and when I told them that I had got a bid from Black Diamond they passed on information about the company that I could not verify which made me a little uneasy about both companies so I decided to go a different way. I will not use them again.

He is a young guy starting out his business. He hasn't been in business all that long, but he did a really good job and was very attentive and professional. The price seemed pretty reasonable to me. I will definitely call him first for any work in the future.

I was more than satisfied with the results, and felt the cost was reasonable. I don't know what more to say.....my fence is beautiful! We all love it!

They will be back to trim fence post when we finish construction.

Jason came out for an estimate within a day of me getting in touch with the company. He gave us some great advice, and listened to our needs, and gave us an estimate that ended up being $400+ less than our other estimate; which was great, because we'd already decided we wanted to go with him based on his professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. He was able to schedule us within the fairly tight frame we had, which we were grateful for - and then, when one of his other clients cancelled at the last minute, he offered us his new opening. After calling my neighbors for their okay, we took it, and ended up getting the fence installed less than two weeks after we initially called him, which was such a great help to us. The work is solid, attractive, and was done quickly and neatly. We're very happy!

I called them for an estimate on a new fencing project at my house. I will give them a "B" straight across the board. I will probably go with them to do the project.
