Description of Work: Workers were on there phones. Used foul language. Unprofessional. Got my very expensive mattress dirty as they didn't lay it on the blankets I provided.

Description of Work: Basic unload truck, place furniture in house.

Description of Work: they removed items from my basement, carried items up the steps and to the back yard, also carried a few items from the upstaris and also to the back yard for my estate sales. When they moved the antique dresser they broke the frame around the mirror and then tried to tape it with BLUE tape so I would not notice it..I treated them to Pizza for lunch, gave them some of my power tools, such as a electric sander and a ciecular saw, when they finished I paid them and then they asked for a tip, I did receive a 40>00 dollar credit for the broken mirror. The dresser should have sold for #300.00 and when the sale was almost over a customer offered me 75.00 for the dresser !!

Description of Work: Showed up late to work on moving my sister's belongings into POD containers. Put things that didn't belong in containers, Didn't put things that should have been placed in containers. Caused damage to Refrigerator, Freezer & Etched Glass Hutch. Had to pay for more of their time, because they were so poor at their job, but needed help to move things, since we were disabled.

Description of Work: Moved furniture and boxed items out to moving truck and loaded them into the truck. It went smoothly. Well done.

Description of Work: They helped us load a U haul. Did a good job packing. Very little breakage. Need to watch the way glass is protected and packed. They asked for extra $30 because they did not have someone close and so they said their guys had to drive further. Hummm?

Description of Work: Two folks from Backsavers arrived right on time to help us move. But our truck was delayed! While my spouse sorted that mess, the gentlemen from Backsavers did preliminary work - moving heavy furniture to the driveway, wrapping furniture, and making a game plan for loading. | |When we traveled to the unload location, the guys ran into traffic! They were in contact with me and let me know their ETA by text. | |Then, my lovely spouse changed the game plan for which items were going (later) to storage. The guys were champs, rolled with the changes, and kept on working. | |I commend their professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic. Moving sucks. They are great.

Description of Work: The movers were very nice and prompt, but didn't bring any hand trucks or anything to help with the move.

Description of Work: Two young men were fast, professional and patient. They were eager to do anything that needed to be done, and they did it well. I'm very happy with this service.

Description of Work: The two men that came did a fair job except that I had to keep reminding them of what they were to move. One of the men had to train the other on the spot. I only used them for an hour and when I talked later with their supervisor later he said that the special price did not include their time and I would have to pay more money. He stated that the $130. only covered their labor and they should charge an hourly wage on top of that. I hope Angies list does not advertise them again.

Description of Work: They were prompt, professional, didn't damage furniture or walls. We enjoyed spending the 2 hours with them.we would recommend them to everyone we know.

Description of Work: they arrived an hour late. was not careful with my sofas/couches...i had to do some serious cleaning from them dragging it and there are damages to the "feet". The one in charge was helpful in getting another truck as the one recommended from u haul was the wrong size...after that it all went downhill and due to them rushing and worrying about more damages i ended up doing a lot of moving myself. I paid what i owed in cash to the driver only to find out it was the "tip" and had to pay another 70 dollars to the moving company. would never use them again.

Description of Work: I was able to schedule them pretty last minute which was great. However, they showed up an HOUR early and needed a LOT of direction and assistance. They didn't have certain things like sliders for the floors, so luckily I had most of the needed supplies. Overall they did fine and it was a lot of help, but the professionalism was lacking. I feel like I got a good deal but I got what I paid for.

Description of Work: They came and were extremely friendly and helpful. They moved a tremendous amount of stuff and were such good guys. I really, really, really thought they were so awesome!!! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and also use them again.

Description of Work: 2 movers came promptly and packed the POD I had at home in Oregon. I moved to AZ and Backsavers (Josh -owner) aranged for 2 young men to unpack POD at my new home. Both crews of 2 were courteous, strong, prompt and good at job. Only slight complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get hold of Josh the owner in Medford Or, but he is reliable and responsible . I would use again. They arrange for people to help on both ends of move which is great.
