Installers arrived on time & project was completed early the same day.

This is the second time I have used John. He squeezed me into his busy schedule. John quickly determined that both units had iced over due to not changing the filters. - Yes, my fault, but John was kind and explained in detail what he had to do, how long it would take, and what I should do in the future, such as schedule filter changing into my smart phone. He even changed me from metal filters to paper since he figured out that I am not likely to hose off metal filters on a regular basis. :) He also discussed how much longer my old units would probably last without giving me any sales pressure. It is VERY obvious that John cares about his work almost to the point of reverence. I knew he was super busy, but I never felt at any time that he was rushing or in a hurry. He had to come back after both units thawed out, so the appointment really took double the time. And one of my units literally requires you to climb through the ceiling of a small closet to get to (i.e., very tight space)! The price included all of thta labor plus all the filters for 6 months (John went and bought the filters for me on his way back). I found the service and knowledge excellent, the price reasonable, and I have been inspired to take better care of my A/C units! I will always use John.

Absolutely the best experience with a company, ever! John was very professional and knowledgeable and when the work was done, I was extremely impressed by the hard work to get the old out and the new in. Kudos and don't hesitate to use this great company!

John and his team did a great job of installing the new furnaces. He was very communicative and responsive. The work was done on time and on budget. I like his work on the first furnace I had him come back to do the second one. I highly recommend their work.

He first serviced my furnace and was very courteous and professional. Then, after selling my home, the buyer wanted the AC serviced before closing on the house. John was very accommodating and came out the same day I called in order to do the work and to allow my house to close on time. Very much appreciated his flexibility and desire to help a customer!

Absolute Temperature Control was great to work with. They were able to perform the installation of a new furnace within two weeks of contacting them. The owner came out right away to take measurements, let us know what to expect, and setup a service date that worked for us. The service crew was able to complete the job in one day in our case. The crew was all very courteous and professional at all times. The owner checked to ensure I was satisfied with the installation once complete and showed us how to operate the new furnace. Overall it was a great experience and I would do business with them again. (I may be working with them again to get an outdoor air conditioner installed). They were very upfront about everything and easy to talk and work with. I had gotten several prices quotes from different businesses before choosing them, and felt before/after that their rates for service are reasonable and competitive. I am very satisfied with the service and products received and highly recommend them to others!

This company is a contractor for Sear's, where I purchased the Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning equipment and its installation. They do work separate of Sears, also. They were pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. They were good at what they do; got there when they said they would and only took one day to install the whole system. They do it all and take care of all electrical, permits, etc. - I just had to pay the bill. The work was done according to what we'd previously talked about, including source of the power and routing of all the lines. They listened to my requests and followed through with them on the job. It was obvious from the start that these two guys knew what they were doing. Before they left, my new system was on and working fine. They explained how to use the controls and other needed information. When they left, there was no mess whatsoever anywhere. I've only had the system one day, but it's obvious they did a great job and it is working very well. Dennis Kell
