Description of Work: We purchased a chest freezer from Riegelman's. First I called with a number of questions. The person I talked with was very knowledgeable. We went to the store and were treated promptly, courteously, and professionally. We made the purchase and scheduled delivery. Delivery was made on schedule (so rare!) and the installer was friendly and professional.

 + -1 moreIT TOOK A WEEK TO GET THE PARTS IN. THE REPAIRMAN WAS RUNNING A BIT BEHIND SCHEDULE. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AT REPLACING THE DOOR HINGES. IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THE PARTS ONLY COST $47.00, BUT THE LABOR CAME TO $95.00. I DO THINK THAT WAS A BIT STEEP.
Description of Work: OUR CONVECTION OVEN WAS GIVING US AN F9 CODE RANDOMLY. THE REPAIR MAN CAME OUT AND FIRST THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A DOOR SWITCH, SO HE REPLACED THAT. HE TESTED IT, AND IT STILL WAS BEEPING. THEN, UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, HE DISCOVERED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THE DOOR HINGES.

 + -1 moreTHIS EXPERIENCE WAS FABULOUS. I HAD BEEN ON LINE WITH OTHER DEALERS WHO WERE NOT NEARLY AS HELPFUL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'D RECOMMEND THEM ANYTIME FOR SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY ASSISTED US IN IDENTIFYING AND ORDERING THE CORRECT PART FOR OUR WASHING MACHINE. THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PART VIA INTERNET AND HAVE IT TO ME IN 2 DAYS.
