We had our bathroom counter and floors remodeled. We hired Mitchell to install the new faucet and re-attach the toilet. He responded to all my questions by email in a timely manner. Very helpful. I asked many questions and he gave input about the faucets we were considering. He arrived on time and was personable and quick. Fixed small problems with the toilet. We went around the house as I asked him about problems that came up on my home inspection. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and what maybe didn't. I asked him about an occasional leak in the basement and he was up front what it might cost to replace the pipes down there. We also went in the backyard and I asked him about piping a water line out to a specific spot in the garden. He was perfectly willing to go and look at anything I had questions about. If I have any future questions, I don't doubt for a second he wouldn't respond immediately by email, even if I didn't end up hiring him for a future job. That being said, I'd hire him again in a second.

My experience with them was fine. The guy was on time. He did the work that we had outlined to do, and he finished within the time allotted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Their prices are even special.

Had a leaky toilet at home and wanted to have it replaced. Scheduling with Mitch was easy. He was responsive and flexible. I bought a toilet on Amazon and did not open the box until Mitch was here. After opening the box, he noticed a small broken piece. Hoping it was a minor piece, he installed the toilet. But it leaking terribly. Lessons learned here -- not a good idea to buy a toilet online. So I was stuck with one leaky old toilet, one new broken one. Hats off to Mitch for finding a solution to this difficult situation. He helped me box up the broken one. Called several places in town to find the identical toilet, and then drove there to get it for me. Installed again and this time it was perfect! I was more money out than originally planned because he spend a lot more time. Not his fault though - I blame it on Amazon. I would highly recommend Mitch. He was wonderful to work with, even during a difficult situation!

He was good. He came in and actually didn’t even need the whole time. He took care of everything well and quickly. He was a tiny bit late but did great work.

Mitch with Pinnacle Plumbing was great! Very responsive after my first call - got me right on the schedule. He was great about keeping in touch with me about exact arrival time. He was very personable and professional - got right down to business. He even tightened a couple things on the garbage disposal that he saw needed attention while he was under there! This was a great plumber experience and I would definitely have Pinnacle Plumbing do other work when I have it.

I was very pleased with the services. I'd purchased two hours of services via a LivingSocial coupon offer. The owner responded immediately to my initial correspondence, but politely asked me to wait about 4 weeks due to the non-emergency nature of the work and the large number of coupon responders. That wasn't a problem for me. Because the toilet parts were non-standard, he had to schedule a 2nd trip. Both trips, he was very prompt, called ahead, and took care not to cause damage or dirty up the house. I'd definitely use him again.

I gave Mitch a call after reading so many positive Angie's List reviews, because I need to replace a failing garbage disposal... and I'm glad I did! What a professional, polite, knowledgeable and all-around nice guy, just like everyone said. I asked him a bunch of questions over the phone, and without knowing whether or not I was even going to use him, he was patient, informative, and even made a couple of suggestions for a quality and cost-effective replacement. Dealing with Mitch inspired confidence, right from the start. Mitch was running a few minutes late for our appt., but called right on time, to ask if that would work for my schedule (it was like 10 minutes - of course if was okay, but I was impressed that he called to ask, and didn't just assume - class act). Mitch arrived, was kind enough to remove his shoes (without being asked), got right to work (I had already purchased the new garbage disposal), was able to easily transfer over the old power cord to the new unit (it didn't come with one ??), and when he was done, we had a brand new, sparkling - and working - garbage disposal. He cleaned up after himself, and if it weren't for the new disposal under the sink, you wouldn't have been able to tell he had been there. He noticed my sink faucet was slightly loose, and he took care of tightening it, again, without being asked. He also took the time to answer a few questions about other "projects" I might have around the house in the future. All this for the very fair price quoted over the phone, and not a penny more. No games, just good, reliable, skilled work for a fair price. What more could you want? Personable, reliable, professional, helpful.... I'll definitely be calling Mitch again if I have any other plumbing-related jobs, without hesitation. Thanks for being a class act, Mitch! it's refreshing.

This was my first Angie's List person. I found a special deal that Mitch was offering on faucet installation, and the price was the best I found. He is very busy, so I had to wait a week, but that means he is popular and good! He was on time, congenial, and did the job efficiently. He also took the old faucets with him for disposal which I really appreciated. I added him to my phone contact list and will use him again.

Mitch excels at customer service and his quality of work is exceptional. I would rate him an A+++ if I could and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs. I took advantage of his January "specials" listed on Angie's List. I am a 62 year old single woman who knows nothing about plumbing. Mitch reviewed items for me and guided me in purchases. He suggested Artic stainless finish for Delta kitchen faucet which I love. Initially I wasn't planning to replace my 25 year old 3-hole bathroom sinks but when installing new single handle faucets, it was apparent installing the faucet without the 3-hole cover plate would be much better. Mitch offered and was able to get two new single hole sinks within one day and installed them. He also checked and found my tub faucet wasn't working properly so replaced that at no additional charge. Mitch treated my home with respect, cleaned up after himself, and hauled away all old fixtures and boxes. I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing Services.

He did a professional job. Had to leave and get parts. Was very efficient. will use him again.

He also noticed that the entire plumbing system didn't have the flux cleaned up when installed 30 years ago, and that is why the leak started. Good to know.

He replaced a faulty valve in my basement. He reconfigured two outside lines that were vulnerable to leaking, and to freezing. I am a happy homeowner. I know a good plumber!

Plumber arrived on time and was prepared to go to work immediately. He brought all necessary replacement parts we discussed in our initial phone conversation and went right to work on the problems. He was friendly, courteous and obviously very experienced. He finished up the job I had hired him to do and then asked if there was anything else he could fix for me, since there was about 45 minutes remaining on the block of time I had purchased. There was one other small job, and he did that, too. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would hire him again in a second.

I contacted Pinacle and we set an appointment. We discussed the type of replacement faucet that I wanted and I ask him to purchase the item and bring it with him. This worked out well and the faucet was contected within 30 minutes and he carried the old faucet to be recycled. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time completed work quickly and offered to do other work in the time remaining. Competent and personable.

This job was from an Angie's List special for two hours of work. The company called to remind me of the appointment and showed up on time. I had two minor repairs and am very pleased with the work that was done. The bath couldn't be used before, but that was quickly fixed. The shower was also a minor repair, but he quickly diagnosed the problem, left to buy the parts and fixed that as well. We now can use both the tub in bath #1 as well as the shower in bath #2. The full two hours were not used, so the plumber was even kind enough to call it even for his cost of the parts and my remaining time. A great deal for me! If I have further plumbing issues, I would definitely call on them again.

When the service man arrived, I took him to the bathrooms which required service and described the desired work. He then proceeded with the work. In one bathroom the faucets required parts he did not have, and he said he would leave and return with the required parts. He left and returned in good tome and completed the repair.

Mitch arrived on time and we worked together to figure out why the water meter was spinning continuously. He determined I had a leak in my waterfall in the backyard and recommended I call the installer. When I did they recommended I shut it off. Mitch crawled under my deck to help find the switch. He did not have to help with this at all but offered readily to help me solve this issue. He then installed 2 faucets in my upstairs bathroom. He was pleasant and helpful. I am happy that I now have a plumber I can rely on in the future.

He was punctual and had our toilets installed in less than an hour! It would have taken us probably all day just to install one!

He was very responsive. They were quite busy, but he was able to come out to assess my plumbing problem very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them if I need other plumbing help.

Mitch answered my call immediately and was over within an hour -- as promised -- to fix my sink. He pointed out the underlying problem and made a recommendation for addressing it, which I accepted. He was prompt, polite, professional and tidy -- and on costs, he was very transparent and fair. Great experience.

Mitch returned my call to set up an appointment the same day I left a voicemail. I ended up having to reschedule but he was very accommodating despite his having a full schedule as well. He arrived on time and finished very quickly. He even offered to check out a running toilet for me. I wouldn't hesitate hiring him again!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Scheduling was a breeze and the service was punctual. We had a leaking garbage disposal, problematic toilet flushes and several faucets that needed tightening and all of these issues were resolved quickly, professionally and at a very fair price. Two thumbs way up.

I thought I had a problem with the floor around the toilet drain. Pinnacle came and explained what he needed to do to set the new toilet. It took 3 wax rings to seal the toilet to the floor. I had anticipated it to be a more serious problem. I was happy to pay the $99 to have it done and done correctly. Too bad I didn't have more work for him to fill up the time. I would use Pinnacle again.

The job was PERFECT. Arrived on time, worked in very confining space, was very professional, and friendly. His actual price was less then what he quoted over the phone. He gave me the old cast iron pipes and the insides were filled with rust. Thanks to this plumber, the last remaining weaknesses in my house's plumbing system has been corrected. By-the-way, I'm a retired Quality Assurance manager, and from what I've seen I give my highest recommendation to Pinnacle Plumbing Services.
