Mitch was awesome. We called him to come and install the plumbing for a bathroom remodel that we were working on and he came out right away. He was very friendly and professional as well as tidy and quick. The cost was even good! Pretty much everything you could ask for and more from a plumbing company. You can tell that they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing some plumbing done!!

Mitch came through and helped me out on a condo remodel... him and his team showed up on time each time and completed the tasks quickly. contacted him for a couple small issues and they were right there to correct it... Would recommend them and use them again.

Mitch was great to work with. He arrived on schedule and got right to work on the project. After installing the first toilet and noticing it seemed to have a problem flushing properly, he suggested we try it in the other bathroom. So he pulled it out, and installed it in the back bathroom where it did seem to work better. He then installed the second toilet for us. Both installs were done professionally with new supply tubes and clear caulking around both bases. He even took away the cardboard boxes the toilets came in. And he charged us a price that was $100-200 less than that quoted by other plumbers. I will definitely call him back for any future work.

The service person arrived on time, gave an honest evaluation, and provided quality service. Would definitely use in the future.

Great communication in setting up appointment. Gave a 2 hour window of arrival and was there promptly. Purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it for a very reasonable fee. Also made minor corrections to some issues under the sink as well. Most impressed with quality of work!

Responded to call for service immediately and was at the house within 90 minutes! Mitch was personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had everything in working order quickly and efficiently, much to my relief. Outstanding!

This was the second time we've had Pinnacle (Mitch) out to our place. The first was for a major renovation, this was some final trim work that I was unable to complete. I wrote a review about that previously, and we were very satisfied. Having a few punch list items to complete in my renovation so I could get my final plumbing inspection, Mitch agreed to come out on short notice and finish out our new tub/shower. While at the house he also fixed a leak in the kitchen sink that was the result of some DIY gone wrong. I can't stress enough how good the communication is with this company, which is key to me in working with contractors both at work and at home. Mitch responds quickly to phone calls, text messages and emails, and is easy to schedule. I have work coming up in the future with another bathroom that I'm looking forward to having Pinnacle bid, to finally finish my gut job of our 1912 bungalow. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing projects.

Provider arrived in a timely manner. Diagnosed issues and gave estimate for work. I was happy with information provided and suggestions.

(1) Mitch scheduled the job two days after my call. I was impressed because he has a busy company. (2) He showed up extra early which allowed him to get the job in time for my wife and I go grocery shopping at our usual time. (3) He clearly explained and showed me the defective part (pressure reducing value). (4) Problem cause was that 5 years ago, the water district worker install the value and then completely buried it in the dirt. A no, no. (5) Mitch replaced the new value without burying it in dirt: he added a new plastic box just for the value. (6) Mitch was always professional, informative, hard working, and enjoyable to communicate with. (7) After job completion, he called the next day to ensure everything was OK. (8) Pinnacle Plumbing is the only plummber I will use in the future.

The provider is refusing to perform service. I would like a refund, please, on the purchase price of this deal.

Absolutely excellent! They were really considerate of me as I am handicap and chair/bed bound. Mitch and Billie were both clean and removed materials and cleaned up which was so surprising as most construction work I have had done they always leave some amount of mess. I recommend them greatly!

The plumber (Mitchel) was nice when he did respond but his communication & inability to respond to us has lead us to requesting our money back. It's taken over a year to try & get the service we are owed. It should never take this long, especially for this minor repair work we have.

Mitch was awesome! I was on a short deadline and he fit us into his schedule this week. He shopped for a new toilet for us, showed up on time, installed it very quickly, hauled away the old one, and even cleaned. He was a joy to work with and I was very impressed! And when I first contacted him with a slow drain issue, he recommended another vendor (Grumpy's Drains) who did an amazing job too. I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing.

I contacted them via email about a service and they recommended another company who was stellar! I appreciate so much their responsiveness and honesty in saying they could come out, but it may not be their specialty.
