Mitch was very professional and punctual. He is always more than fair with his pricing. I have used him before and will certainly use him again as a need arises.

The service went well. They repaired a leak in the toilet in the basement in rental property.

He did a good job. It was an hourly rate and he was there for just about that time. He did a perfect job. He was efficient and on time and didn't leave a mess. He took the garbage away with him. The price was a good deal for a plumber. If I need a plumber again, I would call him.

Mitchell showed up a bit early, completed removal of old and installation of new faucet in 30 minutes.

I liked their availability. They got right back to me. They pretty much stayed within their quote with the exception that we didn't anticipate what happened when the inspector showed up. He required something else. their pricing is very comparable to the others.

He was wonderful. I liked that he came out, and the first time he didn't charge me because he just gave me advise. He did a real good job, he was quick, and fast. I really liked him.

I purchased a Big Deal for $98, in January 2013, for the installation of a new toilet. There was no expiration date for the service. I waited until I had other plumbing issues before I made an appointment with Mitchell Kahl. He honored the Deal a year later. I was really impressed by that simple ethical follow- through. Mitch was courteous and considerate in our phone and email communications. I asked for a recommendation for a good toilet. He named several. I ordered a Toto toilet online from Home Depot with a free home delivery. It did not include a seat. Mitch agreed to pick up a seat from his supplier. He also agreed to pick up a new garbage disposal. He was on time for our 8AM appointment. Because of a few confused details resulting from a change over in his phone system he had forgotten the garbage disposal. After finishing the toilet installation, he dashed off to his supplier to pick up the disposal. He completed the work in a little over two hours including the run to his supplier. He didn't charge me for any additional labor, just for the parts and removal of the toilet. He was apologetic about forgetting the disposal and thorough in cleaning up. It was a gratifying experience to deal with a quality professional.

He came over to look at the job. He knew what he was doing. He told me he was going to order a replacement part. I never heard from him again. He was nice. He never did follow through.

it went fine but I paid much more (through a big deal) for the service than the time it took him to do the job. he tried to make up the difference but I wish I had not paid for more than I needed.

Mitch was very punctual, professional and thorough. When he was unable to find the water leak at first, he gave me the name of the person who could help me and then would not take any payment for the time he spent trying to find the leak. I called him to come back and take care of a couple of other plumbing problems I had been putting off and he did so with the same high quality of work and care. I am so very impressed with Mitch and will definitely use him for any future plumbing problems. I have also told many of my friends that I would highly recommend him.

We purchased a small home built in 1912 near Johnson Creek in Eastmoreland in May of 2013. When we purchased it we knew that we would be doing what amounted to a whole-house remodel, as the house had been pretty beaten up over the years, but the location, price and bones of the house couldn't be beat. Mitch from Pinnacle Plumbing was a reference from our excavation contractor, when we discovered our main water line ran directly behind a 6' retaining wall we were replacing. Since we were also adding a full bath and remodelling/moving our kitchen, we were happy to get a reference. We had previously gotten bids from 3 other contractors that were all much higher (and budget busting). Getting a solid bid from Mitch and being behind schedule, we hired him to do the water line and all our rough plumbing. This project is completely permitted (building/trade/etc..) and he was responsible for all plumbing and inspections. Mitch was a fantastic find. I do a large amount of commercial construction for a local utility, and I value contractors that I can trust more than anything else. Mitch is one of those contractors. He always answers his phone, or returns a text message quickly. He is prompt, seemingly works 7 days a week, and is really easy to work with. We had a little bit of re-work due to moving some HVAC lines and he took it all in stride. I can't stress more how much I appreciate it when I find a contractor that is an excellent communicator, always shows up when promised, and does the job right the very first time. For anyone that works with contractors regularly, you know to hang on to the ones that prove you can trust them completely. We are in the framing stage of our project now and Mitch continues to work with us as we get ready to frame the addition, now that concrete is complete. All the rough plumbing is perfectly done, passed inspection the first time, and Mitch worked with us to accomodate some changes to the gutter/storm drain system. I would recommend Pinnacle Plumbing without reservation, and would certainly be a reference for them in the future.

He was very helpful and saved me a trip by picking up the toilet I had purchased. He was on time and hauled away the old toilet for an extra fee.

The service was fine, I was satisfied with the work.

Initially things froze and I was without water for 5 days. No water heater, malfunctioning washing machine, malfunctioning dw, or water. He helped to get washing machine running again, helped me understand how to protect the house, and came timely initially when I had concerns about washing machine pipes bursting. They were corroded and replaced. He was very helpful and timely.

He was very good. I am going to use him again if I have a problem. I don't have a problem now with plumbing. This is a newer house than the other house. He did very well in my old house. He is really good. He was very good.

He charged me an outrageous price for parts. I asked him about cleaning the drains, it was the end of the day, and I could tell that he just wanted to go. I would not use that company again. I felt that he took advantage of me and charged me quite a bit more for things. We had one thing that needed to be and he seemed disinterested in doing anything else. I ended up spending at least $100 more.

The plumber showed up on time without issue. He addressed the first two issues (valve replacement on a water heater and a slow drain) in only thirty minutes and we agreed on additional work that could be done. He spent the next 90 minutes replacing sink traps that I had done myself. Resulting in a much greater quality of product (that has convinced me of the benefit of simply calling a plumber rather than doing things myself next time). Overall, great work, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Mitch responded quickly and even agreed to come in on July 4th. Very nice guy and he got everything I asked done (and more).

Mitch, the owner, arrived at the job site to see what was needed for the job. This meeting was by appointment . He then left to find a proper water heater for installation.. He then, again by appointment, arrived at the job site to install the new heater. He had the old unit out and the new unit in in very short order. He did an excellent job, He cleaned up the work site and took the old unit away with him when he left. We have used this vendor in the past and found him through Angies List. We would expect to call him again if we experience additional plumbing work in the future. A couple of things stand out in his work. First, when he makes an appointment you can expect him to be there at the time agreed upon. Second, he works quickly. He gets in and gets out without a lot of fuss. And he does quality work. Service was fantastic. He was very efficient and in fact kept asking us if there was anything else he could do for us to use of the 2 hours purchased. We just sold our home and all of his work passed inspection.

worker reported early, did the repair quickly and efficiently, also repaired a drain on a bathroom sink, I was impressed at the quality and speed of the work for the money charged. Since I paid for 2 hours of service and it did not take two hours to complete the job, he chose not to charge me for parts--great deal for both of us!! would have this company do work for me again!!
