Description of Work: We had a pressure pin hole in our recirculated hot water pipe. Mitch helped us get the pressure out of the line, then proceeded to repair it then and there, very quickly, and so nice. he also gave us suggestions as to what precautions we can do so we do not have a problem later. We will definitely use him again for any of plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Mitch (Pinnacle Plumbing) is a gem! I wanted to have a bathroom sink fixed or if necessary, replaced at my daughter and son-in-law's home. Timing was everything because I hoped to get the work done while my children were away. Mitch came over and evaluated the situation and nixed the IKEA sink I bought (hook-ups were modern/European and the existing pipes are old/no longer made). He decided to search for something he could substitute for the existing valves. Today, Saturday @ 8am, he came to the house (whew, the kids get back in town tomorrow), took out the old valves and then drove out to a supply place in Parkrose - the kids' house is in N. Portland. He came back and tried the new parts - one faucet worked but not the other - the store had given him the wrong part. He drove back to Parkrose, got the correct valve replacement, returned and voila, no more leaky sink. I give Mitch 5 stars, all As, 2 thumbs up and a major thank you for being so conscientious, accommodating, professional and super nice. He's also really good with dogs - he had 2 Pugs and a Frenchie supervising the job. He spent more than 2 hours working on this project and he did a lot of extra driving. Truly a great price, but more importantly, a great go-to person for future plumbing jobs.

Description of Work: I would like to rate Mitch more highly, but he wasn't able to do the work for me. I have old toilets, and he was not familiar enough with them to know how to get the parts needed for repair. He did was he could and was apologetic, but all I really got for my $99 was about 10 minutes of work. He offered to come back if I needed some plumbing work in the future, but not sure this will work out since nearly all of my plumbing is old. If you have new plumbing, I'm sure he'd do a great job. If you have old plumbing, perhaps look elsewhere.

We had already purchased the new fixture and just needed installation. 8/13/12: Hey, we used Mitchell again just today to replace and install new laundry tub and faucet, as well as a new shower head. Great experience! Will use Pinnacle Plumbing again.
