The process went well. The team was punctual and cleaned up every evening. The result is absolutely beautiful - I get so many compliments.

Terrible. Install in entryway was good, sanding was good but they could not get the finish correct. Weather was issue in December and we were gone for 3 months and they refinished 3 more times and there are many areas with runs, spots, and the sheen is inconsistent in all rooms. How these folks got the rating they did is beyond us. They gave us a big price break and we will look for someone qualified later. Will not use Angie's list as it seems anyone can get an excellent rating.

The finished work is absolutely beautiful. I wish they did more than floors so that I could work with them on the other projects I have planned. Stefan was responsive and easy to work with.

The existing and new hardwood match very well and look like they were installed at the same time. Stefan and team did a great job of removing old floors and installing Red Oak with a Swedish finish. The floors look fantastic and they were done in three days. His price was very reasonable. Stefan is one of the nicest contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. He's refinished the floors in two different houses and both times got the work done in a timely and professional manner. The work has always been impressive - especially the seamless replacement of boards and patching of unused vents.

Stefan and crew were excellent; they were very helpful, professional and we are very pleased with the outcome of the stairs so much so we paid them an extra $100 because they rushed at the end so we could get back into the house.

Having been through a down-to-the-studs remodel, we have a lot of experience with different trades and contractors. We were so pleased with Stephan and his crew, we paid them more than the invoiced amount as a THANK YOU for how professional they were as well as how great the project turned out. We have *never* done that before. If we could give them a rating higher than an A +++++, we would do it.

Excellent. Stefan was responsive, polite, easy to work with, and professional. The two guys on his crew were also great. Very careful in their work. We used the Bona Amberseal and Traffic coating which looks very good. It is a light, modern look rather than the old darker, yellowed finish. We chose this water based finish for low VOC and quick drying- it has almost no odor. He also has other finish options. His crew did the sanding; Stefan applied the finish coats himself. The sanding dust was well contained. I love well finished woodwork and I'm picky about it. The results are great; I would hire him again for sure.

Excellent job! Our floors were only 10 years old and according to 2 company's were not done properly to begin with. Our refinished floors look like new and were completed in 3 days. There was minimal dust, (we were expecting more) , and Stefan and his crew did a great professional job.

NW Professionals did an outstanding job - better than I could have hoped. I had received a bid of $1500 for the same work, with no guarantee that the results would eliminate a black water ring left from a flowerpot, or that small gashes could be completely removed. NW Professionals said all of that could be done, and left a floor that looked like new, no black ring or raised section due to water, and NO gashes - a WONDERFUL job. The project took two days, as I requested the Swedish, more durable finish. I spent two evenings out of the house. They put plastic sheeting to protect the stairs and living room; sanded down the floor to bare wood, and applied the finish. The project was about as dustless as can be, with only a light dusting required after the job was done. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER! HIRE THESE GUYS.

These guys did a fantastic job. Floors look amazing. I have recommended them to two other friends who are looking to have their floors refinished.

One of the units in our 1913 4-plex had very old carpet that pre-dated our purchase of the property several years ago. We removed the carpet and pad, and discovered wood floor (apparently not very hard wood, but wood nevertheless). The floor had paint splatters, all sorts of nasty stains, and adhesive all over. We weren't all that hopeful that the wood would clean up very well, but decided to take a chance because refinishing the wood was a few hundred dollars less expensive than installing new (inexpensive) carpet, and easier to maintain in the long run, plus renters tend to prefer bare floors to carpet. Stefan was very responsive (we had a fairly tight schedule), polite, easy to work with, and provided good suggestions. Did exactly what he said he would do and in the time frame we agreed on. The floors turned out absolutely AMAZING; we couldn't believe our eyes! I would use Stefan again in a heartbeat. I wish I could upload before and after photos - words cannot describe the difference.
