They use all green products. They are expensive to add additional areas on.

I would just warn you not to expect a quick response by email from this company. I wanted to hire a housecleaning service, so went to the list and picked out several of the best looking ones to find out what they offered. I went on the Maid Brigade website and requested an estimate, but now after a week-and-a-half still have not heard back from them. In the meantime, I hired Ramirez Janitorial Services which was also on the list and was very prompt in getting back to me by email. I cannot speak to Maid Brigade's cleaning abilities, but I would have liked to at least hear back from them.

Very reliable. They cleaned for us at our previous residence and then followed us to our new house after a move. Greg was always responsive to problems. They did not seem to be able to understand the workings of the dishwasher, overfilling and sometimes causing breakage. We started having problems with not having the alarm set. Also under the bed was never cleaned despite a couple of complaints. Communication was an issue as the cleaners, while very nice, were not comfortable speaking English. Their prices were not low but fair considering the cost of insurance, etc. The final straw was when our cats got out because they left the door open and then tired to suggest that someone else was at the house, possibly leaving it open (I happened to be home and there was no one else there).

I had been told that my credit card number was only to hold the reservation & would not be charged.It seemed very sneaky & underhanded. I was also given a time frame "as close to noon as possible."They called the day before to say it would be more like 1:15 & they actually arrived at 2:30.A 2.5 hour differential makes a big difference when trying to plan your schedule accordingly & I ended up having to cancel late afternoon plans.If you are given a cost or time estimate, expect the worst & then some.I would not recommend unless the problems are remedied. Greg from Maid Brigade was very responsive to my concerns & apologized for the discrepancy in cost as well as estimated time of arrival.He has refunded a portion of the initial cleaning and offered a free cleaning, which is more than fair.They have come back an additional time for a bi-weekly cleaning & I was satisfied with quality of work,professionalism,& price ($76 per bi-weekly cleaning).

It went very well. Unfortunately, they were not able to complete all of the work within the quoted price, so I still have some work to do, but I felt they worked hard and fast. It's a big house and it was VERY dusty. I had a team of four working for several hours. The only problem that I encountered was that someone turned off the fridge during the cleaning and didn't turn it back on. Luckily, there wasn't much food in it since I'm moving and when I informed the company, they gave me a discount of $50 which I felt was fair.

Greg's customer service is amazing. He is a very kind person, and quick to respond. They do a great job cleaning, too, and cleaners are very sweet.

They did a great job; quick, friendly, efficient. I'd definitely use Maid Brigade again!

Overall it was good. The company showed up on time and did clean my house pretty well. Some things here and there were missed but nothing big. One thing is that they did not speak English and it was very difficult to communicate anything to them. When I scheduled the appointment I was specifically told that one of the maids would speak English and understand what I was saying, this was not the case. I do think that they are way too pricey for just a regular cleaning

As a "deep clean" I was disappointed. The vacuuming was unsatisfactory, there was still dust and dirt on the hardwoods and one of the toilets had not been properly finished. I was billed for nine work hours, and feel that the job was not done as well as it should have been. Greg did come out, and offered to either have them do the vacuuming and floors again and offered a $25 credit toward my next cleaning. I declined. The charge was more than twice what anyone else quoted me, and I don't feel that the work was done twice as well.

I have been using them for about two years and I'm very happy. They recently asked for an annual review to make sure that the house was being cleaned according to my priorities.

Excellent job. Worked around my being in the house. Quiet, respectful and worked rapidly.

Not very well. I emphasized the kitchen walls and ceilings several times including when we agreed on the service,when I met the service personnel and I called to bring them back out to clean properly. When I inspected the kitchen after they had been there a second time, I simply cleaned the walls and ceiling myself because I didn't have the time or patience to deal with an outfit that couldn't handle such basic cleaning. On a positive note they credited my bill $80. Dropping from around $400 to around $300.

I have had two different teams (consisting of 3 women per team) come out to my house. Both teams have done an excellent job. My house smells and looks much cleaner than I could ever get it.

We are on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule because they can get our house so much cleaner than we can! We have two dogs and lots of hair to clean up. We are always amazed at how they seem to get every hair off the hardwood floors - they just shine! Lisa runs a tight ship and her staff is the best - very easy to work with and accommodating. We would highly recommend them - great value!

Great! They did an initial deep cleaning after a party and then I have signed a contract for them for bi-weekly service. They always come on the same day and are very reliable and do a good job. They are also flexible about changes to the schedule.

Very nice interactions with staff beforehand. The place was cleaned very well, though a couple small things were missed and something I had asked if they could get off was not done. It was never communicated after if they had tried and were unable or if it was not attempted. In fact, I was under the impression that I'd be contacted the day after, but I never heard from them- just the receipt in the mail. I had to call them a couple weeks later when I had still not received my key back. Overall it was well done, but the cost seemed high for size of place (820 empty sq.ft) and the lack of contact after was puzzling.

OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN POSITIVE. THEY COME ON TIME, WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICENTLY. THERE IS USUALY AT LEAST ONE ENGLISH SPEAKER WHO CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS, OR TAKE DIRECTIONS. OVERALL, THE TEAM IS POLITE, FAST & EFFIACENT.

They did a wonderful job. I have used them several times and am always amazed at how clean my house can get. Very detailed cleaning. It is great to have your oven and refrigerator cleaned. When I requested the cleaning, they got back to me the same day and fit me in right away.

I have always scheduled through Jennifer Sanders. She is beyond wonderful. I am afraid I am the ''client from heck'' because I am all over the map on scheduling due to my recent heart attacks and my husbands sleep schedule. Jennifer ALWAYS manages to fit me in someplace, even with short notice. She also takes cancellations gracefully.

Maid Brigade sent 2 ladies out to clean our apartment. They did an outstanding job. They were very nice, helpful and thorough. I was very impressed at all they did. They did such a good job, we got our whole cleaning deposit back. Greg, in the office, was also very helpful. He was able to schedule our cleaning at the last minute. Even though their pricing was a little more than some other companies I called, I think it was well worth it.

THE MAID BRIGADE CAME TO OUR HOME AND CLEANED. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH WITH THEIR CLEANING AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. WE WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN TO CLEAN OUR HOME.

MAID BRIGADE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH. THEY PAY ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS. THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH THE ITEMS OF VALUE WITHIN OUR HOME. WE HAVE A NUMBER OF ANTIQUES AND WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVE AND RECOMMEND MAID BRIGADE WITHOUT RESERVATION.
