Description of Work: They installed a mini-split heat pump in our condo. They did an excellent install job, they were fast and had it finished in one day instead of two, even though they had to install 3 head units and do a lot of work in the crawlspace. They were very friendly and tolerant of my two year old who likes to be in the middle of everything.

Description of Work: They changed a motor that the bearings were going out on. They had some problems with the replacement motor they received, but they kept coming back until it was fixed. I was only charged for the initial call. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Air conditioner went out during one of the heat waves this last summer. Called numerous places and they were unable to get out the same day. Honke squeezed us in at the end of the day, showed up on time fixed the compressor and left within an hour. Will use again if needed.

Description of Work: Our furnace evaporation line froze from prolonged AC usage on a Friday night. So had to call on Saturday morning and the repair man was here by 2:30 p.m. and able to fix it for us. Polite and professional. Have used them before and will use again if it becomes necessary.

Description of Work: I had my air conditioner in my mobile home go out this summer, and it was hot! I called these guys to come to the rescue, expecting the wait to be forever, but they were so kind and generous, and fit me in right away. I also had something go wrong, and they were very kind not to charge me, when they should have. I would recommend them any day, any time!
