Description of Work: Replaced the heating element in my Samsung front load dryer. Tech came, disassembled dryer, diagnosed problem, went to get part. Returned (calling first), completely serviced and cleaned internal parts of dryer, (I did not even know this was part of their service call price.) reassembled, and finally, cleaned dryer vet to outside. Tested dryer. Super efficient! Super courteous service from first receptionist contact, to final receipt. Outstanding company. Will use again in a heart beat, and will reccomend to anyone!

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped cooling, although the freezer was still working. I called Gresham Appliance for a new refrigerator. Bob Nutt arrived promptly with the new refrigerator . He first inspected my non-working refrigerator and said it was worth repairing. He repaired it on site in less than an hour! So I didn't have to buy the new refrigerator he had brought out for me. I was impressed with his work all the way around, and I will always call Gresham Appliance for any appliance repairs or new appliances I may need in future.

I like everything about Gresham Appliance except how slow they are at billing. I have yet to receive the second invoice and that has been a month. It took quite some time to get the first one and when I got it I paid it. There was a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member, but they didn't put the credit on the first invoice. I like that they are very professional on the phone, they showed up on time, they fixed the problem, and it didn't cost me an arm and a let. Another thing that was weird was that the service call fee was $80, but the actual repair was only $20.
Description of Work: I have used Gresham Appliance twice. The first day they fixed a washing machine balancing problem for one of my tenants and the second time they fixed a dryer element for another one of my tenants.

They did a pretty good job. The person I talked to over the phone said they could repair the existing ice-maker. The person who came out was knowledgeable and said it had to be replaced. It was a little more than what I expected it to be. Other than that they were okay.

Great! They did what they said they would do. Would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: My Jennaire downdraft oven had a small amount of foil on the element. It caught on fire (small) but it blew out the front panel and clock. Burners worked, but oven did not. They came 3 times, the first to check the problem; second to install new grilling element, but did not fix the problem; and 3rd time to install the 2 circuit boards that blew. They had parts and performed the work perfectly. Very happy.

VERY GOOD. I'LL GO THERE FOR APPLIANCE SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: REFRIGERATOR INOPERABLE. COMPANY REP INSPECTED & REPORTED IT NOT ECONOMICALLY REPAIRABLE. I ASKED IF COMPANY HAD ANY DECENT USED 'FRIDGES; REP SAID THEY HAD GOOD ONES FOR AROUND $150, AND WOULD CALL ME LATER WITH DETAILS. THEY CALLED, SAID THEY HAD A WINNER FOR $100 INCLUDING DELIVERY AND DISPOSAL OF THE BUSTED FRIDGE. THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE REPLACEMENT UNIT ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. REPLACEMENT FRIGE WORKS GREAT.
