Description of Work: Steve inspected and cleaned our gutters, and evaluated our storm drain system due to the recent heavy rains in Portland which flooded our finished basement. We found there was nothing in the storm drains or gutters that was creating the excess water, but he was so wonderful to work with and offered a lot of great suggestions and guidance in terms of our next steps. He was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Steve has been out to our house before for a clog in our line from the laundry room to the kitchen. He does and excellent job, very knowledgeable and professional. He had come our earlier in the the month to clear the clog at no charge as he was there in August as well. This time he cleared the line and put his camera down so that we could a**** if there was a problem with the pipe. All was clean and clear.

AAA draining was the only company that I spoke with that was immediately available to come out to my house (and he didn't even ask for extra money to do do!) I spoke with the owner, Steve, and he told me he was on a job but would be to my house as soon as he finished what he was doing. He was kind and understood, a clogged kitchen sink is ALWAYS an emergency Steve showed up promptly, was well dressed, clean and even had booties on without asking. Wow. He had blankets and towels and made sure that all my cabinets, fixtures, and floors were well protected too! I was impressed. He had all the appropriate tools and took care of the clog quickly and efficiently. I have zero complaints about Steve and AAA drain cleaning and will tell all my friends about him.
