AAA Drain Cleaning

Austin arrived within an hour of my original call, accessed the situation and knew exactly what had to be done. He explained the process and in about an hour, the total job was completed. He wore a face mask, booties for his shoes and cleaned up after the job. We couldn't be more happy. AAA Drain Cleaning will be my choice in the future.

Steve from AAA Drain Cleaning was at our house for almost 3 hours and was able to unclogged the drain. He was not going to give up!! We had another company work on it for an hour not being able to fix the clog; they ended up telling us our pipes needed to be replaced. We are so thankful for Steve and his knowledge of clogs and his perseverance to fix the problem. He also gave us suggestion for future use of our garbage disposal and sink!

I was referred to Steve by a very satisfied neighbor. She told me that he charged $125, which is what he charged me. Steve scheduled me within two days. In addition to the fast and efficient drain service, Steve also shared advice on installing a dishwasher AND he replaced a too-short pipe that went from my garbage disposal to the drain. No more occasional drips from that connection. The charge for the pipe repair - $10 in parts. I highly recommend AAA Drain Cleaning!

Steve, the owner of the business was very professional and friendly. Showed up at the promised time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Made some maintenance suggestions to prevent future issues. His fee was very reasonable.

Quite well and fast. They found the blockage and to my surprise the end of the drain pipe was covered with almost a food of dirt. They uncovered the end of the pipe and now the drain works great. It was an eye opener that the original construction company put the end of the drain near a creek 30 year ago and over time the entrance got covered over. After calling around more than 20 plumbers, I called them, not expecting good job bc it was an emergency. Unexpectedly, Steve and his son Anthony did super good job! Best of all, they are honest and so nice. I asked an extra drain cleaning after the payment they were still nice and no charge!! I won't go anyone else and spread them out to my friends!

I called them this morning thinking there was no way I'd be able to get someone out today at a time that wouldn't require missing too much work. I was (gratefully) wrong. They were here at 4, unplugged my drain (not easy in a tight space), tested it, cleaned up and were on there way. Very pleasant/professional and caring about cleaning up all the sludge and goo that came up. I'd hire them again in a minute. Thanks guys!

Our basement floor drain has backed up several times in the past, and various "rooter" companies have told us that we need to replace the line.to the street. When it clogged again last week, I called AAA- deciding to support a local independent provider. Steve was amazing. He analyzed the problem over the phone (!), figured out how to fit me into his schedule the same day (!!), and then charged only $125, (as opposed to the $180-$220 the chain "rooter" places charge !!!). The work was done quickly and neatly, with no up-sell attempts. Steve just got the job done!!!!

The guy was very knowledgeable , put a camera in the drain showed my husband the septic flap was blocked by large amounts of hair , of course. But q - tips and hair bands ! Odd . But he took care of it and every thing is moving along great. And removing q-tip box out of the bathroom. Who puts q-tips in the shower/ toilet ? He recommended a shower drain hair catcher that had a chain you wiggle down in the drain ,it has a decorative flower shape that rests on the drain plate and maybe every 3 months pull it out and it collects the hair and replace with a another shower hair drain catcher. AND THE WHOLE SERVICE COST US $125.00. Yes, we will be keeping their # in our back pocket for future issues. Ta Da ...

These guys are wonderful. On time, explained the whole process every step of the way and work hard to complete the job efficiently and cleanly. They even replaced my toilet tank no charge when they saw it had a small crack and they happened to have an extra one in the truck! This company reminds me of the old days when guys would show up at your house and be happy with their job, not just a part of the corporate machine working for the weekend.

I had an appointment with AAA Drain Cleaning for later in the week, but Steve called this morning and wanted to come by in half an hour because they had a cancellation. They were on the dot. I was glad to have them. Steve and his son arrived, were professional, well equipped, efficient, polite and informative. While the son was working on the barn drains, Steve and I looked at the toilet that had been having a flushing issue. He tried to recreate the problem, but it seemed to have gone away. He was good about explaining what the problem likely had been. When they made the bill, I was charged for the barn drain work but nothing for the time spent trouble shooting the toilet. They also installed at no extra charge the seven gutter traps for the barn that I purchased from them. I appreciated their polite, workmanlike, professional attitude and performance, as well as their willingness to explain to me what they were doing. I definitely would call them again should I have any problem in their area of expertise. I would also recommend them enthusiastically to anyone needing any sort of drain cleaning.

Placed a call to Steve. He and his son were at the job site within 1 hour. They unclogged a washing machine water drain first. Then went outside, used a camera to locate a bent/crushed portion of a water drain line, cut out the crushed portion, replaced it with the correct pipe for the job, made sure all the drain lines were clear and functioning as they should, and finished the job. Total time from start to finish was only 2 hours. They are prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and definitely the people I will call the next time! Very happy to have such quality people available at very reasonable prices.

AAA Drain Cleaning is the only company you should consider calling. Trust me. After my call, Steve was here several hours later, on time. There was a problem with a "t" in a pipe. (1916 bungalow) which resulted in more time and effort unclogging the bathtub drain. Steve and his partner/son, Brandon, were very professional and patient while cleaning the drains, and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. I expected to pay more than quoted because of the length of time they were here, but I paid exactly what was quoted over the phone, per drain. Although the other drain companies I called had solid 'A' ratings, Triple AAA Drain Cleaning company also had a solid 'A' rating AND the lowest quote for two drains (bathroom sink and tub). I very highly recommend this company.

They definitely were experienced professionals. They knew how to get the job done right, and I was very, very pleased. They provided all sorts of extra information about the below-ground drain system, offered advice on keeping the drain clear. THEY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!

Amazing experience. I called in the morning and Steve was able to make it that afternoon. He was running a few minutes late because of traffic and called to sell me. He took care of a pesky plug and gave me a good education along the way. Can't recommend any higher.

Exceptional work and exceptional work ethic. Steve Gill, the owner, charges by the job, not the hour, and won?t leave until he?s satisfied he?s done the job right. That should say it all. His rates are reasonable, his work is excellent, and that is the best combination you could ask for. Hire him once, and you?ll always hire him. They were prompt. They did a good job cleaning the lines. I would recommend them and use them again. They went above and beyond and cleaned up after themselves.

He was the nicest guy. It was an emergency and we had a snow storm and it was hard for people to get out and this guy couldn't even drive up my hill, he carried all his stuff up my hill. Steve Gill was amazing. Honestly, he went above and beyond. I called him in the morning and there was a snow storm. He said that he had several other jobs. So he was coming from the east of Portland and I'm on the other side of the river, the south of Portland and he was doing jobs the west of Portland and he said, "Well, I have all these other jobs and I hope I can get to you by the end of the day. Are you going to be around?" Which of course, I was. He said, "I'll call you at the end of the day and if I can squeeze you, I'll do it." I actually forgot about it because it was just crazy, snowy. He called at 4 o'clock or 5 o' clock and said, "I'm finishing up my last job. I'll be there." He couldn't even get up my hill. He had to walk and carry his stuff up. He did an excellent job. He was clean and thorough and very polite. He must have been just exhausted because I'm sure he was working from like 7 in the morning until probably like 7 at night. It probably was going to take him a couple of hours to drive home because of the roads. He was fantastic. I mean, I would call him in a heart beat! He was extra reasonable.

We were in the time sensitive period of an inspection on a potential property we were interested in and the company that we had originally scheduled to do the sewer scope had to cancel the day before our inspection day. Steve was able to adjust his schedule and perform the sewer scope / inspection for us. He was prompt, professional, and extremely hygienic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for. Even though there was no sewer line issues or concerns based on his inspections, he still took the time to write up a full analysis along with a providing a video of the inspection performed.
