Description of Work: An extensive air vent cleaning and inspection, including the vents and ducts in a 1920 Craftsman House; Furnace inspection and cleaning; recommendations on minor repairs that the homeowner could do. This was definitely a best buy on Angies List for they were here over 4 hours and the value of this way definitely more than the above special price.

 + -1 moreWe called originally called to have our ducts cleaned, spoke with Jared and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a few days. On the day of the appointment he arrived on time and even let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything and got started. He noticed that one of our vents wasn't working properly, he was able to go and assess the problem and fix it.

Description of Work: Jared was right on time, did excellent work and was quick, efficient and through. If I asked any questions he gave a good explaination of what he was doing and why. He not only did the all the vents and the dryer vent, but after he left I noticed he had vacuumed off my dryer lint screen for me. A small thing, but it was a nice touch.

dryer vent cleaning
 + -1 moreJared (owner) arrived on time. He said that he would first try to clean the vent duct from the outside and hopefully not need to move the clothes dryer. This was successful. After cleaning the dryer vent he showed me a bag with the lint that was removed. Rather than try to tell me he needed to come more often, he said that from the amount of lint based on three years since we remodeled he recommended cleaning the vent no more than every 3-4 years. I found him to be very honest and very professional and I would certainly recommend him. Based on our experience we will call him when we next need to clean the air conditioning/heating ducting.
