GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! the owner arrived right on time was very friendly I needed my gas fireplace turned on as I did not know how to light the pilot light and he did it for me.

He arrived right on time, and was up-front about what came with the package and what would involve extra charges. (Very reasonable, considering the time involved) Did a very tidy conscientious job.

Jared vacuumed all the ducts while using his tools to loosen the dust and hair and get it vacuumed out. There was a duct that had some substance spilled in it and he wiped it all out and there was another duct where the speculation is that a cat urinated into it. Jared did a special job of cleaning that duct and there is no smell left.

Jared is fantastic! Super prompt scheduling & thorough communication right from the start. He was able to come out much sooner than I expected. He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! I am SO GLAD we had this service done and I would hire Jared again or refer him to friends & family in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again.

Jared used a powerful industrial machine to suck out all the dust from our vents and the entire house feels cleaner now. Air quality is much improved. We have a son who is sensitive to dust allergies and after this service his symptoms improved tremendously. Jared is professional and did a great job. Very helpful in explaining the service and he has good prices. We will use him again.

I was really pleased. He was very professional when I called to set up the service. His estimate and actual price for work were the same. He explained what the procedure and asked me if I had any questions. He was on time. I have three cats and he was very respectful of their space and fearfulness. He worked hard for almost 3 hours and showed me the before and after pics. I really enjoyed talking with him and he was very knowledgeable about improving the air quality in my home. I recommend him highly.

Contacted ACT a little over a year ago the first time. I really liked the company and wanted to have them clean my system. I had to put it off due for a bit and now that we were ready to have the cleaning done I decided to call ACT again. I tried to call three times over the last week and left messages. I have not had any return phone calls. I will be looking for another company.

All work was done professionally and if there was any mess, they cleaned it up before leaving.

I was impressed with the 'attention to detail' shown by the cleaners and the time they took to do a thorough job. I would not hesitate to have them do the work again when the time comes.

We purchased our house about a year ago and do not know how long it had been since the heating vents were cleaned. Air Cleaning did a thorough job and I feel like the air in the house is a lot cleaner since they were here.

Overall I would recommend ACT air duct cleaning. I live in a 1913 colonial and I doubt this has ever been done in this house. I did some research on the EPAs website on this service and read a lot about it beforehand. The team arrived on time and answered all of my questions before they got started. I was glad I educated myself a little bit beforehand so that I knew what to expect and what questions to ask. The process and tools ACT uses to do their job is interesting and seems very thorough. When reading their website I didn't understand that they were going to cut a hole in one of my air ducts. My husband would have had a fit if they'd done that, so I told them they would have to come up with a work around for that. They talked with Jared (owner) and then figured out a work around. The team was very polite and kept me informed of the process. I will say that there is some dust associated with this process. Meaning that you can get some "blowback" from some of the vents. They went around with a vacume and cleaned up any mess they found from "blowback". The team cleaned up very well and left my house as they found it. I have noticed a big difference with the decrease in dust in my house since this service has been performed. I'm glad I did this. I got the Angie's list deal on this service so I thought it was a really good deal.

First of all, Jared responded so quickly it blew me away! I had sent him a message that I was terribly allergic to the house we'd purchased "as is". He said he'd scheduled me for the first business day after I bought the deal! When they arrived, Dan and Jamal, were very professional and worked expediently. They were focused and cleaned up nicely, took about 2.5 hours. I did not mind paying a small additional fee to clean my dryer vent. I expected them to charge me more and was surprised that they only asked for an additional $40. Very fair, kind and civilized company to deal with:)

Jared arrived on time, was very courteous, and got the job done quickly. We have a large house (3300 sq ft) And our furnace is located in our attic space, so with all this considered, His price was very fair. I would absolutely use him again :)
