Description of Work: We got in contact with Mike Patterson Plumbing to give us on bid on a whole house remodel plumbing job. We chose them as a bidder because of their rating on Angie's List and also by how the handled the not-so-good feedback as well. Regretably the timing was bad and we couldn't get them onto the job site in time for the bid and we played voice mail/ email tag for a little bit. I did however want to submit a report because they did follow up and were very professional. That deserves a honorable mention when so many companies don't do something as basic as follow up. We will certainly call on them if something falls through with the selected contractor.
