It went great. Bob arrived right on time and went right to work. Install was fast and clean, and he explained why the drain in our utility sink was leaking and not up to code. That repair was done efficiently. We received the senior/veteran discount, and pricing was exactly as expected.

Jake (Jacob) notified us of his timing even though he got here within the stated time! He arrived at my elderly parent's home with a smile and got right to work after hearing what the issue was. He quickly and carefully repaired the tubing and checked a few other plumbing issues. He was very courteous, was not overly talkative, answered questions we had and really made me feel at ease with my parent's plumbing! I can't tell you what that means. And at reasonable prices!! I have used them quite a bit in the past. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I would use them again. They’ve always been really responsive. Their price is always good.

Work was not easy and we had to remove sheet rock and get into tight space. The work was done efficiently and the solutions we came up with worked great.

The repair was done very quickly and with care. I watched and the plumber explained what he was doing.

Jake was very nice and did a good job, but I was charged a 30 min travel trip fee that I was never told about when making the appt. In reality it took him 15 minutes to get to my house from their office. I think it's unfair to spring a travel fee on customers at the last minute like that. The 30 min of travel cost me an additional $70, he said it all depends on traffic. Imagine if there was construction?!

They did a great job and would be someone we would use again. He explained what the problem was. They were very helpful.

I contacted four A rated Angie's list plumbers, including Mike's Plumbing. Mike's rep called me back right away, he was very professional and courteous. I sent each company a picture of the existing valve, in place, and asked what they would charge to replace it. All agreed on the nature of the problem, the solution to the problem, time and materials required. All were equally licensed/certified; I definitely was comparing Apples to Apples on the bids. I got four bids, ranging from $275 to $700! Mike's Plumbing was the $700. What really surprised me is that Mike's Plumbing is rated "A" on Angie's list in the Cost category. I don't know what to make of this. I'm wondering if, like some other companies, Mike's doesn't really want small jobs unless there's a big payoff, or if Mike's prices are simply much higher than the going rate across the board. I would recommend that people comparison shop on a job by job basis to be sure you're getting the going rate.

Poorly! Had used this company in the past for leaking toilets and was very pleased at the time. So I called them back for this current issue. Different serviceman....generally nice, talkative but spent most of his time here scratching his head unable to figure things out. No solution to my slowly draining issues.....As he was already here and unable to help I asked him for a bid on an additional job (adding an outdoor faucet). He slowly evaluated the situation and the different options ( I quickly realized that I wasn't going to be able to do it, but he continued to try to come up with other options) and gave me a bid. Then proceeded to charge me for his looooong time here (about 1 1/2 hr) coming up with the bid. When I argued about the cost of getting nothing solved, he told me that he had to charge me for his time but if I had called the office for a bid directly, they would have sent someone else and I wouldn't have been charged at all!!!!!! So, my initial problem is not solved and my bill is $181 (basically for nothing)! No using them again!!! Beware!

The installation was handled very well and the product was very good. The price mostly because of my installation was very much higher than I expected. Also the vent keeps coming off and I have had to reinstall it two or three times. Since this is venting from inside the house this is very dangerous and should have been done fool proof..

This was a follow up from a prior job. We weren't home when Scotty called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. I gave him our accessre-adjusted toilet flush handle...it had been worked on earlier in July, but was still causing a problem. Scotty was great, did a super job. We weren't home when he called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. I gave him our access info so he c info so he culd get into the house; i had complete trust and faith in him and his company. Well done job

This is second time I have used Mike Patterson Plumbing. Both times have been excellent experiences. The plumber arrived on time, performed the tasks necessary in a timely manner, explained what he was doing, cleaned up his work so there were no messes in my kitchen and finished in the estimated time frame. I have been very pleased with the new garbage disposal and the rest of the work performed.

Expert job installing the faucet when I found that I could not do the job. Thoroughly checked his work to insure no leaks and that everything worked.

Great service! The low flow in the kitchen faucet wasn't an emergency, but was very inconvenient. We got an appointment within 24 hours, and Nick completed the work while I was on a lunch break (slightly extended!). There was an addition error on our invoice (unnoticed by me), but the office staff caught it and issued a check the following day. This is the second time we've used Patterson Plumbing, and we would not hesitate to do so again.

Remodeling an entry way powder room, replacing sink and toilet. The sink we selected required moving the rough-in supply lines and drain a few inches. After the sheetrock was patched and painted, they came back to install the new fixtures. The fixtures we selected were difficult to install, even a bit of a challenge for them, but their work was impeccable. These guys changed my perception of plumbers. The estimator was prompt, and I was always able to reach him with questions before I signed the contract. Even though not required technically, with my agreement of course, they got a permit. This way I can demonstrate that the work was done to code when selling the house. The plumber who performed the work was Gabe, a very pleasant, polite, and highly skilled craftsman. The estimator and installer always called me before arriving to say they were on their way, a courtesy that other contractors should emulate. I worked in the building trades myself for 13 years, and am familiar with the typical "wood butcher" type of plumber. So, I was pleased to find a company that employs careful and exacting technicians. If the cost of this job sounds high to you, please understand that half of the cost was for the fixtures. I highly recommend Mike Patterson plumbing, and they will be the first and only company I will call in the future for my plumbing needs.

I'd been putting off these repairs after being told that the repairs would cost in the neighborhood of $1000. I could not have been more wrong. Gabe arrived punctually, cleaned out the traps and snaked the lines quickly and efficiently. whereas I was told earlier that a new valve would need to be installed to make the hot water flow, he was able to clean out and remove some "foreign objects" and make the flow run incredibly well. It had not done that for over 8 years! Gabe was friendly, punctual and efficient. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Mike Patterson Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again if and when the need arises!

The workman had all the parts with him, worked quickly and efficiently. When a leak was found after he left, he came right back the same day and fixed it. He was an experienced workman, and very nice.
