He was punctual, professional and fast. He came on time, on relatively short notice, and quickly found and fixed the problem.

It went well. The only problems I had were that I was not told that I was being charged for travel time when I called for an estimate. That faucet cost me an additional $21.00, plus I had to pay for a "truck charge" of $15.00. That is $36.00 above the labor and cartridge fees. The silly little cartridge cost $40.00. But that isn't the plumbing company's fault, or is it? In the future I will look around some more before calling any plumbing company. But maybe they all have additional fees which I will find out about after the job is completed, huh? Oh, I forgot, after the plumber left I had a dripping faucet in the kitchen for about a week until the seal seated....I think that is the correct terminology. Anyway, the drip has ceased.

Jeff was great. We had a mystery leak and some drain issues. Jeff figured out the leak issue right away. He was also able to easily fix our drain issues. He did crack our ceiling removing the cast-iron pipe, but I was not that troubled because we already had to repair the ceiling, due to the water damage. Given the weight of the pipe and its location, I think it was inevitable. I felt comfortable having him in our house (he was kind to the dogs!) and was very comfortable talking to him even though I know nothing about plumbing (he explained things so that I could understand what was happening). We will call them to do our future plumbing work.

The plumber was on time and did the work quickly. I had shopped a few places and they were the least expensive.

On time, worked quickly, personable, and troubleshooted something else that I hadn't called about. Very satisfied by the work. Cost? Well, plumbers are pricey.

Kenny was on time and kept at the job until it was completed. Even solved the obscure problem of a foreign object in the hot water supply line.

The toilet was replaced quickly and the cost was less than the original estimate.

Good experience. Very prompt service. Only problem that developed was with the connection to the 30+ year old pipe next to the house. Helpful advise/direction was given.

Jeff arrived and I showed him what needed to be done and he got right to it. The actual cost was right in line with the estimate, so no surprises and that is good.

He was really fast! Came out and repaired the toilet within 45 minutes of our call. Checked out a possible future repair for us, and was very nice and friendly.

Ken was on time, polite and got job done quickly and effeciently. Job took less than one hour, but I had to pay minimum rate for one hour's work.

It was 8-9 AM on Friday May 26th, We discovered our water line from the meter to the house had failed. Contacted Patterson Plumbing,a representative was dispatched, he installed a temporary repair to hold me through the weekend. On Tuesday I was contacted by Rick Edlund, we contracted to replace complete service from street to home. They began the project on the day we agreed and completed the job on the day they said it would be completed. They were professional, on time and a great contractor to do business with.

Pleasant, talkative plumber. I think the time spent could have been an hour less, but the rate was fine. In contrast to the last plumber who grossly over charged, I guess this price was not outrageously high. I would use them again.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. AGREED THAT SINK NEEDED NEW DRAIN, AND NEW PIPING THROUGHOUT BACK TO THE WALL. GOT IT ALL DONE IN AN HOUR! AND SAID BLOCKAGE WAS LIMITED TO THE TRAP, SO DIDN'T NEED TO DO ANY SNAKING AT ALL.

I THINK THEY ARE GREAT. I HAVE HAD PLUMBERS IN THE PAST. MIKE PATTERSON IS RELIABLE. SOMETIMES THEY DO A LITTLE EXTRA FOR ME. THE BILL IS $88 AN HOUR. I LOVE THEM THOUGH. I WOULD RECOMMENDED THEM ONLY, THEY ARE A LITTLE COSTLY.
