Chris, the plumber who came out was professional, personable, and patient with my questions. The total opposite of the prior company. Within an hour he diagnosed and fixed the issue.

The work seemed to go well, I think the employee who came out did a good job both times he was sent out to work for me. On this visit, he came early, I was not at home at the time. I understand that this kind of service can't predict how long earlier jobs will take, but it worked out, when I arrived home, they were able to send someone back out in relatively short order. I did have a question after I looked at the bill, since the office person had given me a price when I called to request the jetting service, and was surprised that the price charged was a bit higher and that there was an extra charge for having a second person on the job. I called the owner to ask questions about the charges, he seemed defensive and upset with me for questioning the billing, coming across as very direct and bruque. I indicated that I would have liked that the office person had given a more accurate indication of what to expect for the charges. He said often the services needed cannot be determined until the technician is on site, which surprised me because I had this company out a few weeks before to remove a clog and they did a video inspection at that time. I suggested that I also wished that the office person had given me a better indication that a second man was needed, the owner said that can't always be determined by the office and that I shouldn't be surprised because that was explained to me and I signed off on it. All in all, this seems to be a good company as far as quality of service and the technician that was sent out seems to be skilled at his work. I am NOT suggesting that anyone not hire them, I might even consider them for further work after comparing other bids. I would suggest being very sure of getting a thorough explanation what you are going to be charged, ask questions to make sure you understand the process before you sign anything. My bad for falling short there, I haven't ever had ordered this kind of service before and was naive about the process. Lesson learned.

Jake worked with us to minimize the cost (e.g. having us go under crawl space to find where line ran). He was friendly, good with the pets, and most importantly understood the plumbing and fixed it. Both bathrooms were out, and they got hear quickly without a surcharge. He showed us what we can do for next steps with the line out to the street.

On time arrival, work done appropriately, bid for further service made and explained in detail. Was very happy with this service.

The service was very thorough and quick. Matt Vuoso showed up on time and was able to preform the service exceptionally. We paid what we were quoted without any debate or issue. Matt was extremely professional. I would hire them again for any other plumbing service down the road.

Jake came out on a Sunday night, diagnosed the problem as limited to the toilet & not involving the main line (and showed me a way to differentiate it myself in future), and fixed it quickly and professionally. Thanks!

Matt and Brendan diagnosed the problem quickly and used a water jetter hose to clear the clog. Very professional and thorough service and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Working with Drain Away was an awesome experience from the initial phone call to the actual work being done. We were given a 2 hour service window and Andrew arrived right on time after I received the phone call that he'd be there in 30 minutes. He fixed the problem in no time! He also suggested keeping an eye on our tub stopper (which looks like it has seen better days) and recommended an alternate replacement to prevent future issues which I really appreciate. Very grateful for such excellent (and quick!) service, thank you.

There were some issues that I resolved with the owner of the company.

My husband just said it was a good price. The workers were very good. There were two workers. It took two hours tops to complete the job. They left the area very clean.

It went great! They perfectly diagnosed and fixed the issues and cleaned up after they were done. Best of all, they spent 20 minutes showing me how they unclogged the shower so I could do it myself next time.

Drain Away Rooter came out right away for my emergency situation. They worked fast to quickly find the leak and repair it. I'm impressed at their level of skill and professionalism, not to mention how fast they are. Thank you!

Jake was awesome! He came on Christmas Eve, on time, and everything was fixed very professionally and quickly!

We called Drain Away Rooter and they were able to come the following morning. The tech was running a bit late but they called and informed me of that so no problems there. Jake arrived and was awesome! Within 10 minutes he had the toilet unclogged and the drain under the toilet cleared from buildup. Thanks Jake! I would definitely call again!

I want to say that this place is fantastic! When I called they were able to get somebody to my house in a very timely manner, the next morning. They were extremely helpful and Troy was able to identify and solve my problem with my sewer pump! He pretty much listed the symptoms I had been experiencing almost without looking. His advise was great and was able to point me in the right direction. Not only that but he is a great and friendly guy! In fact everybody I spoke to there when setting up the appointment to making my payment were great! While the bill was a little more than I had expected, the scope of the work warranted it. Though, I would have liked to have had a more clear idea what the cost would be. That said, this didn't effect my feeling about the work or the company. They still get a five star A+ from me. I had another company come out first and I kick myself for not calling Drain Away first. The other company pretty much came out only to have me pay a bill, not to fix my issue. So bottom line, if I ever have a plumbing issue, I know who I am going to call! Thank you, Troy for all your help!

Carl was the plumber dispatched. He was professional and prompt. Snaked line and recommend another service if my problem persisted (hydro jetting line). He was able to remedy my issue in less than an hour. Will definitely use him and Drain Away Rooter again!!

The sewer was unplugged quickly and he repaired the gutter while he was at it.

A gas company broke one of the drain fill pipes for my septic tank and they came out and fixed the problem for me.

Shannin 3 arrived within two hours of my initial call. She thoroughly evaluated the situation and provided a reasonable bid. An appointment was scheduled for the following week. Shannin3 called to advise they could do the work sooner than originally scheduled. A team of three workers arrived and worked diligently to complete the job. Cleanup was exceptionally well done. A necessary trench was made through a gravel pathway and garden area. The pathway was beautifully repaired with fresh gravel and ferns were carefully replanted in the garden. I will look to Shannin3 and Drain Away Rooter for any future drain needs.

Jake was very excellent to deal from start to finish. During his assessment of the drain clog issue he immediately spotted issues with my copper piping that is corroding due to incorrect plumbing installed by previous homeowners. He was very informative and explained the potential problems that can happen down the road if left alone. I'm very happy he spoke up or I wouldn't have ever know until I a problem occurred. Jake was very efficient, and I felt like he had my best interest in mind the whole time. Plus my dog was happy with the tons of pets he got! Thanks Jake!

The first two places I called could not come out today or tomorrow (one said they could make an appt for me for Aug 31!!) Drain Away said they could come the same day I called and in fact they called to see if it was ok to come sooner than planned. Yay! Jake took care of the clog very quickly and neatly & explained the "dual flush" toilet I had. VERY Pleased! Jake also reminded me about my 5% discount for finding them on Angie's List (which I had totally forgotten about with the distress of having a clogged toilet). Thank you so much!

I purchased a kitchen faucet at Home Depot. Ken, a plumber with Drain Away Rooter, was punctual and answered my questions. He explained he would replace the existing leaky faucet and would return if additional work was needed. He came back to replace a hot water valve blocked with debris under the sink. He did a very professional job, and I appreciated him trying to save me a few dollars. I'd defintely recommend his company very highly !

very well. The serviceman Jake Sutton was very helpful in fixing the problem. He also gave me tips on how to clean my garbage disposal and how to run it better. Mentioned a few problems I had with my plumbing and the costs in fixing them. I would use this company again.
