Description of Work: Attempted to unclog rain drain. Efforts were moderately successful. The drain began flowing after flushing. The process helped me locate the terminus of the drain. Subsequently I excavated the area and discovered that the drain went to a dry well. Also roots had found the pipe and crawled up it. I removed over twenty feet of root material and extended the pipe to an exposed location. Drain away would never have been successful in fixing the problem but did give me valuable information to fix it myself.

Description of Work: Snaked 3 drains and installed 2 new popup devices in masterbath sinks. He was here less than 2 hours, so the price per hour was astronomical! Did not clean up well and left splatter everywhere from the drain snaking. One of the sink popups leaked and he had to come back to fix it.

Our technician who was sent to your home is our JP plumber who has been in the business for over 25 years. He is skilled to be able to take care of both drains and plumbing all within the same service call. Noting your invoice from the service, he was able to quickly and effectively accomplish the following: remove and install 2 new pop up assemblies, clear two traps on sinks, clear additional sink drain line, removed a test piece that was previously left on the garden tub and cabled out the drain line for better flow. Multiple discounts were given for the many lines worked on in addition to a senior discount. The total amount due was $531.75. Regarding the leak issue: We warranty our work with parts we provide. Therefore we were able to return to correct the failed item at no charge. Again, thank you for your input. Each customer is valuable to us here at Drain away Rooter. We pride ourselves in the skill and efficiency of our employees, strive to give fair pricing, stand behind our work, go the extra mile to solve the problems of our customers and provide a positive experience.
