Great experience. Don was professional, timely, and worked closely with his crew to ensure that the job went efficiently and well. I was very impressed with the size of the crew that he brought, and how quickly the job went. After a few rains now, the roof has passed all leak tests. I would definitely go with legacy again.

Contacted Donnie by telephone and later E-mailed pictures of work to be done. He responded promptly with a bid. Even though we chose different company, I appreciate any contractor that follows through with a commitment.

The experience with Legacy Roofing was fantastic. I chose three different contractors from Angie's List, all highly recommended. What set Legacy apart from the others were how accessible Donnie (the owner) was--instead of an answering machine or a secretary, I could almost always speak directly with him. His pricing was more than competitive. The workmanship is very high quality, and his crew was very polite and professional. Just a small example of how they went "above and beyond"--they shingles my dog's house in my backyard so it matches my new roof--a total surprise to me! I would hire this group again in a heartbeat--a neighbor three doors down already has!

Donnie was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and scheduled the appointment within a couple of days. He came out to look at the roof and then called to set up a time where we could discuss the quote. He was punctual for the appointment and was knowledgeable and professional. I also received estimates from two other companies and decided to go with one of the other companies. Although I decided not to hire Legacy Roofing for my project, I would definately recommend calling them if you are considering replacing your roof.

I have an older home that had a do it yourself roof from the previous owner. It had apparently been leaking for a few years. The garage was added when I moved in and the contractor installed the roof tiles and vent incorrectly and it to had been leaking for a while. Don gave me an estimate for just repairing the leaking portions of the roof and an estimate for a whole new roof. He gave me good reasons to replace the entire roof which I did end up doing. He found additional problems after the job started so it did cost more than the original estimate but was still quite a bit lower than an estimate I had gotten from another roofing company. I am very happy with my new roof, it is currently pouring rain and I feel very good about knowing I do not have any leaks.

The start of the process was great. We called and in a couple of days later they were there with the estimate. The prices were more than reasonable and we are very happy with the finished product. The only downside was a lack of communication on when things would get started. When we signed the bid they were supposed to start in two weeks and it was five weeks later before they showed up. Everyone that worked on the roof was very nice and would recommend them to anyone.

Don was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He knows what he is doing! His estimate and work were done on time and within the estimated budget. His men were professional and cleaned up each day after the work was finished. He personally came out to go over the finished job with us and to confirm all that he had done. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely use him in the future!

Donnie inspected the roof within a few days of our initial phone call. He went up on the roof and took pictures of the problem, which helped me understand what was going on. He went out to his truck and within 10 minutes had an estimate written up which clearly explained all the charges and listed charges for any additional work that may have to be done once the old roof had been exposed and the structure revealed. His analysis and estimate were both clear and reasonable. He was scheduled to come back in a week to do the work. Happily, though, he called the next morning and said he could come out that day instead of a week later, as scheduled. He showed up at 9:30 a.m. with two co-workers and they fixed the roof in three hours. He explained clearly where and why we had the leaks. They found no additional damage, so the estimate turned out to be correct. So he was both early and within budget.

I had checked online about them. They were really prompt. Originally they didn’t think there would be as much work as there was. They were very good about having me go up on the roof and take a look at it. They looked at everything and showed me everything. They said that I could call some others if I wanted some other quotes. They were right upfront. There was no pressure from them to do it at all. I was very impressed with them.

They did an excellent job.

Don was very easy to talk to and he explained the product, process, and cost clearly. The workers showed up on time every day and worked hard throughout the day. Don was up front about the possibility of dry rot due to previous leak issues and we discussed the costs that may incur from this repair. Don showed up in the morning of the first two days to make sure everything was going as planned and then the foreman was in charge. The foreman was easy to approach with questions and very knowledgeable. Overall, a very positive experience for re-roofing the home.

They did a really good job, and they did everything they said they were going to do. It looks great. The price was fair.

They are a local company and the quality of work was good. The crew was on time, clean, picked up after themselves. It was easy to communicate with the crew as well. I am satisfied with the finish of the job.

Job #1 We contacted them via e-mail and received a reply right away. They were out the next day to take a look at things and had the job done within the week. They were very polite, professional, explaining as they went and cleaned up afterwards. Job #2 Responded quickly to an urgent call on Christmas Eve to repair damage on the roof due to an ice-damn. Again, communication was good, response time considering weather & road conditions was wonderful. Took care of the items needed quickly & efficiently, answering questions and concerns. Very reasonably priced, would use them again. Thanks!

First Don came out and gave us an estimate. Legacy Roofing was really competitive but it was Dons personality and honesty that really got them the job. He showed up on time, went over the whole project from start to finish, gave us many options on material, skylights, and gutters. We went with the Certainteed Landmark Premium shingles. We wanted a lifetime product. Legacy came out exactly when Don said they would and performed the work above and beyond what we expected. The sun tunnel they installed is like having a light on in our bathroom all the time for free. WOW! The roof looks great, the gutters look great and our landscape doesn't even look like a major project just took place. I would recommend Legacy Roofing to anyone who wants a professional job for a competitive price. They were awesome! Thanks Don!

Don was quick and prompt after we requested an estimate. He worked with us every step of the way from commencement to completion. There were several decisions and material selections that were needed for the job completion. Don's experience and overall recommendations helped us make the right selections and decisions. The granite that he helped us pick out for our floors and countertops looks like it belongs in a kings palace. This guy is by far one of the biggest perfectionists I have ever met in the remodeling industry. My wife and I couldn't have chosen a better company for the job. We have recommended him to all our friends, co-workers and family members on what a great pleasure it was to work with LongBro Renovations. They also had nothing, but pure respect for the way they left the job site every evening, they were sure to clean up all debris before completing their work day. The deck Don built for us gets nothing but the finest compliments from all of our friends and neighbors.
