No problems whatsoever.

He did a great job. Worked thru the rain to clean off the roof and remove all debris. A month later we sold the house and the new buyers wanted the gutters cleaned again and JC came back willing to do the work for free even though it was not his responsibility.

Scheduled an appointment to review a couple of small jobs. JC arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We walked around the house discussing the specific jobs for which I had called. JC had good suggestions and alternatives but, more importantly, he took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish. The caulking and painting was thorough and complete. While we were inspecting the finished job JC mentioned a couple of other items he had noticed and offered suggestions on how to approach those repairs in the future. During the dryer vent installation JC took the time to clean out the vent and to work out the straightest routing for the new vent line. There was a faster and less effective way to do the installation but JC took the time to do it right the first time. Compared to some jobs mentioned here these were relatively small. However, JC did not try to rush the completion and he stayed to finish the job even though it was almost 8:00pm. JC's work is very professional and clean-up was excellent. His pride in his work and his concern for customer satisfaction are readily evident. I would not hesitate to recommend Unger Construction and would definitely hire them again.

J.C. showed up promptly after I called his company to receive bid. He walked around the house, listened to my work list I had waiting and graciously pointed out work I may want to consider in the future (windows that were possibly leaking because of no seal and eves starting to rot). His work from start to finish was detailed! I had to leave the house before he was finished with the job and he called first thing in the morning to make sure I was satisfied with everything. The gutters looked brand new! I really felt J.C. cared about MY house as if it was his own!

JC did an absolutely excellent job and was reasonably priced. In fact, his work was so good; I paid him more than his original bid. Without question, I will definitely hire him again the next time I need any handyman or construction work done. I highly recommend hiring JC Unger for your construction and/or handyman needs.

Overall went quite well. Our work schedules sometimes did'nt mesh but we managed to hook up over a couple of weeks. I intend to use his services again if we can for more old home updates.

J.C. came out originally because of many requests that I had for him, the most pressing being what I mis-diaganoised as an issue with a vent or the roof leaking water through my microwave oven/stove vent and killing it. J.C came out three different times, first to assess the projects I had, second to check out the roof and attic to make sure things were ok, and the third to remove/replace the old microwave with the new one. I am embarrassed by the amount that he charged, as I was not home at the time and his efforts are worth far more than what he charged for. I will CERTAINLY be calling him again, as I have many things around the house that I simply lack the skills to do, and he is kind, professional, thorough, and clearly talented at household repair. I can't speak highly enough for him, every homeowner should have a trustworthy, reliable person to call when they can't do it themselves. He's almost too good to share with the rest of the world, and my boyfriends father is already asking for his number after our positive experience. J.C, thank you, expect a call soon!

JC does quality work and does it correctly. Many of the items he worked on were previously worked on by another handyman, who left things incomplete or even made them worse. There were countless errors on the drywall that JC fixed to make them practically unnoticeable. I would absolutely use JC again and recommend him to anyone in the area.

JC Unger responded promptly (on a Saturday) and came over to size up the job. He gave us an estimate and took one of the panel sets home with him in order to repair it with epoxy. He came back Monday, sawed a small amount of material off the bottom of the doors so that they would move free of the carpet and remounted the doors, all pretty much within the estimated time frame.

It went wonderfully. JC did everything I asked him to do and then some. By 'then some" I mean that he put up the door-holder bottons, which is the envy of my neighborhood! When I asked he went up onto the roof on one of Eugene'e hottest days and covered the skylight which was making it even hotter,

I had a plumber come out and replace the water pipes in my walls. He did a good job with the plumbing, but left big holes in several of the walls. I contacted JC and asked him if he could patch the walls. He did such a good job, I can't even tell where the holes were! While he was there, I talked to him about remodeling my bathroom. I wasn't sure what kind of tile to get or how it would look. JC had some ideas about how to incorporate smaller tiles to add some color and character in the shower. It is beautiful. I love it. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him. JC does excelent work.
