Description of Work: They inspected our low water-pressure situation. Gave me the probably cause for the problem, then I could decide if we wanted to have it fixed. I couldn't afford the fix at the time, but they were extremely professional about everything. Even took me outside to explain where the problem was and how it could be fixed.

Description of Work: replaced a leaking garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. The tech had the exact same model in his van and was able to do the replacement right away. He cleaned up the area well afterwards. I used them later to replace a leaky toilet flusher in our main bathroom. I would use them again for minor repairs and replacements.

+ 0 moreAs part of a larger exterior project including new gutters, my general contractor recommended jetting all of my exterior drains. Most were slow, several were completely blocked. I also had no idea where they ran to. A tech came by to give me an estimate. I felt comfortable with the guy, so we scheduled work. He arrived the next week on time and went right to work, I watched the whole time and was able to identify the path of my drains by sound (a technique he suggested, rather than sending down a camera for extra $$$). He was able to give me a good idea why and how they clogged to start with, and how to prevent it. The one remaining slow drain was much improved, and the rest completely cleared. An excellent experience overall.
Description of Work: Jetted all of the exterior drains, evaluated leeching performance.

They are very, very professional and they have all the equipment so we don't have to wait. We know that it will be fixed. The call is $69 or $79.

+ 0 moreMy regular plumber was not in, so I had Roto-Rooter come out to assist me. They used a hand auger to fix a clogged toilet. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is that they charged $119 for about 15 minutes of work. My regular plumber would have charged me about $75.
