Description of Work: Unclogged a toilet that couldn't be fixed with a plunger. I called Roto-Rooter and someone was onsite within 30 minutes, which was amazing. The gentleman was very professional and fixed the problem very quickly.

Description of Work: They rerouted the kitchen sink plumbing to help drainage and clogging issues due to our aging garbage disposal. It worked amazingly well and I haven't needed their services since the repair. But if I ever do (for this or any other plumbing), I will give them a call!!

Description of Work: This company was at the top of Angie's list for Plumbers, but should be at the bottom. I called and asked for someone to come out and get my Rainbird sprinkler system started because I could not figure it out. A gentleman was sent out and he kindly advised me that a service call was $135, but he would charge me $105 with a senior discount. He showed me how to turn the valves on the side of my house, but reported he knew nothing about the Rainbird system. He taught me where the emergency cut off is at the curb. He was here 15 minutes of less. Angie's list - please look at your ratings on this. I have never been mislead by you over 10 yrs., but this was terrible.

Description of Work: The job consisted of installation of a toilet flushing equipment,and installing a cartridge in a kitched single lever faucet. The toilet work was done quickly and successfullly in less than 1/2 hour. The faucet work took longer and there were problems. The plumber had to return twice and finished the job the following day. Notre that this outfit is probably the largest plumber in the Eugene, Oregon area.And also they give a six month warranty on their woork. I have used them for over 40 years.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in main copper sewer line under the house. Involved cutting out a section, replacing it. Also put the proper shut off valve on the ice maker line (also under the house). As far as we know everything is fine. The proof is in the pudding. We'll check it out later. He was very professional, on time, took away his debris. No problems that we know of. The $$ amount was considerably higher than we'd discussed, but I guess plumbers are pricey. We'd use him again in any event.
