Having dropped a glass bowl in my garbage disposal, Peterson came on the day I requested, phoned me with 15 minutes notice so I could leave work to meet him, and then fixed the disposal immediately. After that, he said, "Well, that was 20 minutes work, and the service charge is for an hours work, so lets do 40 minutes of maintenance". And we did. He checked faucets, vents, and the water heater tightening, cleaning and overall keeping an eye on my home. He asked if there were plumbing projects i had been pondering, and gave me a free estimate for the idea I had for putting in an extra outside faucet. Overall, Peterson gave me much more than I asked for, and took very good care of my home.

They came promptly as promised and quickly assessed the problem. They fixed the leak, cleaned up their mess and were very professional.

I own an old 40s home that has a very slow drain in the tub. I usually need it cleaned out a couple times a year just to keep things running smoothly. At the time, I was experiencing an unknown water spot appearing outside my kitchen window. Figuring I'd just get both things done at once, I attempted to call my usual plumber only to be told "that's two trucks, one for drain cleaning and one for plumbing - that will be two service charges" --- WHAT?? No way! Took a chance and called Petersen Plumbing -- and boy am I glad I did! The plumber took care of everything in one visit. Showed up on time, efficient, courteous and knew what she was doing. Turns out there was a leak under my house that was manifesting in a small puddle on the cement outside. Got the bath tub & sink routed out and was all done! I have used them since then and have been extremely pleased every time, they are the only plumber I will call and do recommend them to family and friends. It's nice knowing I have found a plumber I can TRUST --- if only I could say the same about electricians!

The plumber arrived during the time window promised, knew what SHE was doing, finished in a professional manner and we were very pleased. We have used the company before and will again.

I choose to contacted Petersen Plumbing for needs in my home because of a past experience I had with a client of mine that they had provided service to in the past. I was impressed with the work they did for my client which included remodeling & pluming of her bathroom. I was right there every step of the way when Petersen Plumbing did work in my clients home. I was impressed with their level of knowledge, skill & professionalism! The need for me to contact Petersen Plumbing was because my husband & I are remodeling our bathroom. We have gutted the whole bathroom down to the studs. When we got to the sink faucet, the shower & the toilet my husband said "call a plumber" I instantly thought of Petersen Plumbing. I called them on 10/8 around 3pm. Mari was here at my house by 5:45pm that same day. Mari assessed our situation & said she would be back the next day with Matt her helper around 9:15am ish & they would get to work. That next morning they were not here at 9:15am ish but Mari did call & tell us she was running late & would be here around 10:30am & she was. Mari replaced all of the old pluming valves for the sink, shower & cleaned our toilet of the old seal & mounted new brass screw for placement of our new toilet. Mari also installed our new bath tub & went down into our crawl space under the house to insure that the pluming for the tub drain was lined up & not leaking. Our house was built in 1951 & Mari explained to us that our plumbing was old needed to be replaced & brought up to speed. We trusted her judgement as we some day plan to use this house as a rental. She explained to us that things needed to be updated & since we had gone through all the trouble of taking things down to the studs that now as the time to make it right since we plan to have tenents in the home in the future. Overall we were very happy with our personal experience with Petersen Plumbing they were every bit of what I expected based on my past experience with them & so much more!

I called them after hours because my husbands toilet went out. They have 24 hour service an they responded within 2 hours after making the phone call. She came in and said it needed to be replaced. She gave us a rundown of the best buy and the best product. They installed the toilet either the same night or the next morning. We went and did the research on the toilet and she was right about the price and service. I highly recommend them. Everytime I have called them it has been outstanding work. I have used them for over 6 years.

I called them on Tuesday. They said they were all scheduled up that day and said they'd have someone between 8 and 10 on Wednesday. They called when the plumber was on his way, which was nice. He checked out the problem, took apart a few pipes, got his powerful snake machine, snaked it out, put the pipes back together (with the oddities noted above), cleaned up, and gave me the invoice which I paid on the spot. Pretty straightforward, albeit longer and more expensive than I expected.

I had a water under a new hot water heater I installed. Called the manufacture since I could not find where the leak was. The manufacture said I could spend up to $100 to have a local plumber out to fix it. Called Peterson and they sent somebody out who spent one hour to check that there was not anything wrong with the new water heater and tried to find the leak. There was nothing wrong with the heater and they couldn't find the leak. Recommendation was to "keep an eye on it". I did. About a week later when my wife was doing the dinner dishes, I heard the dripping while in the utility room where the heater is. The leak only occured while hot water was running. Called Peterson and they came out the next day and replace in and out water pipes and brought them up to code.

They were responsive--out within a few hours, on time, very personable, very efficient and the fix stayed fixed.

I would like to recommend Mary Beth of Peterson Plumbing. She is really good. Her prices are average. She was very efficient and fast. I will use her again in the future. She was a very nice, pleasant lady.

Two people, one a trainee. It took a little while to figure out the problem. We thought the leak was in the crawl space under the house, but it turned out to originate outside under a deck. We had to remove some planking, dig a hole to locate the problem, then splice in some new piping and a fitting in a small space. In the end, everything worked out fine, no leak since.

Peterson Plumbing were excellent. They were competitive. I would use them again in the future.

Mari and her assistant made two trips because I was not home the first time and my husband did not realize that there were two end caps that needed to be replaced on the copper pipes located in the crawl space. The work was completed within an hours time and so Mari did not charge us another service fee for the second visit. She also took the time to tighten a faucet handle in the kitchen before she left. We have had Mari as a plumber for over 20 years and have always been highly satisfied with her work and often recommend her to others in our neighborhood.

They have been fine. They have been prompt and come out on the day that I call. They address the issue and have reasonable prices.

I've used them frequently and they do a great job. They are very professional and their rates are reasonable. I have used them numerous times over the years. They are very courteous and they do good work.

The women that work in Petersen's Plumbing office are exceptional. They re very professional and pay attention to detail. They are helpful and guide you through the process of hiring a plumber and purchasing supplies and materials (if necessary). We had two recent experiences with Petersen - the first experience was EXCEPTIONAL everything went perfect. Proessionalism, quality, price - great. So we called them back again. The quality of the work was excellent, The young gentleman was courteous, professional and attentive to detail. However, he told us the job would take approximately 2 hours (which was what it should have taken) but the actual bill time was almost double. So, very dissatisfied with the cost and when we needed a plumber for a third time we selected Hegarty Plumbing - they did a GREAT job.

The service went great. We always look forward to seeing them.

He was on time pleasant, efficient and reasonable.

TENANTS IN MY RENTAL REPORTED THEY HAD NO WATER DURING THE BAD FREEZE OF (09). I CALLED PETERSEN PLUMBING ,THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. HOWEVER, UNTIL THE PIPES THAWED, WE COULDN'T TELL WHERE THE BREAK WAS. AS SOON AS THEY COULD FIND THE BREAD THEY WERE ON TOP OF IT AND WERE ABLE TO FIX THE BREAK WITHOUT TEARING UP THE DRIVE OR YARD. THANKS TO MARY AND THE REST OF THE CREW THAT HAD TO WORK IN EXTREMELY BAD WEATHER.

There were no problems. They were competent, worked efficiently, and had all the equipment and supplies necessary to do the work. They also removed their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience.

Everything was fine and it worked well. It didn't take them very long to do the work and the price was right.

They at first got the date to perform the repair wrong, but they were quite efficient in making up for the possible delay. They finished on time. At times it looked a bit messy, but they were following required steps and soon there was no mess, only a completed, clean job.

I think they were satisfactory. They were timely and prompt. I spent a little more than I wanted. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing.

They had same day service. They gave us a referral on another person. The price was fair and we will certainly use them again. They seemed honest and knowledgeable.

I was able to get a plumber out to my house within 24 hours. The dispatcher informed me when a plumber was on her way and the plumber (who's name I did not catch) was very courteous and explained the situation to me very clearly. She fixed the problem and my bathtub drains perfectly now. I think $99.50 is a bit steep for an hour's worth of work (and it only took half an hour anyway, but I know they have to charge for an hour's work regardless) but as this is my first time calling a plumber to my house I have nothing to compare it with.
