I use Petersen Plumbing whenever I have any kind of plumbing or water issue. The service is always excellent and the pricing extremely reasonable. Mark and Jesse just came out and fixed a running toilet and the garbage disposer quickly, with cheerful, friendly attitudes, and displaying an amazing and instantaneous knowledge of all things plumbing. I was more than happy with the service!

Run cold water line from kitchen sink area to refrigerator under the floor they compress the job fairly quickly and clean up after them selves just fine

The company was able to schedule service within a few hours of my call, which was impressively fast service. Two service providers changed out both hose bibbs in about an hour. They were friendly and seemed competent. I haven't had this kind of work done before, but the price seemed reasonable.

Cleared clog. Suggested installing traps to capture rust in water lines. Accepted recommendation and have had no build up since. Very satisfied but never did receive Starbuck's Gift Card.

Okay. We have a water heater, but they had to return to get its thermostat in sync with that or solar heated tank

When the two men arrived... the smell was gone. it had been there the day before but completely gone now. they checked everything out, found nothing wrong and didn't charge me a dime.

They quickly cleared the drain and also snaked out the line back to the main drain pipe.

They were there on scheduled days and finished on time. Very nice to work with

Brett and his apprentice plumber Ricky showed up as scheduled and completed all the work listed above in one long day, working into the evening to finish everything. Brett was very professional, did a great job on all our installations and was very polite and respectful of our house. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. This is one first class plumber and we'll be using Petersen Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Also, the office staff was very helpful and friendly every time we called. This is a great plumbing company. We've used them in the past for both our home and several rental units we owned and they were always very responsive to our needs, having someone on site either the same day or next.

I'm impressed with these people. I called three plumbing companies with 4 basic questions: brand of heater they used, warranty, cost of heater and cost of installation. The person answering the phone was able to give me the answers without sending me to someone else or telling me they could not do this over the phone. On top of that she was personable and helpful. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The plumber Brett and his helper were great. They even corrected a few plumbing issues around the heater. Brett gave me advice about replacing a water line to an outdoor faucet and gave a rough estimate for that work. He answered my questions about water heater maintenance. The cost came in lower than the estimate. It was still $200 higher than the estimate Jerry's gave me for a heater with a longer warranty and the installation. However, Jerry's preferred installer was not available and they were not sure who they could find to do the work. I'm very happy with the quality of the water heater and the service I got from Peterson even if the cost was possibly a little more. I will definitely call them first for my plumbing needs.

Two plumbers had everything wrapped up in less than 30 minutes. Courteous and professional. A little more expensive than I was hoping, but that’s the way it goes. They did give me a good deal on a replacement shower head ($10).

Temporary repair....started to reoccur....came back, no charge...fixed permanently.

Plumbers cost, but I would recommend Petersen Plumbing to any one. My parents also thought Petersen plumbing was great. I think we used them 3 times. Several hundred $$ each time and it was always well worth it

The guys who responded to the call suggested a way to make the installation much simpler than I had in mind, then scheduled another call (no additional fee) for the next day to give me time to dig a hole to expose the pipe. They were punctual each time, did good work, and the charge was reasonable.

They did all of the service in a little over an hour. It was excellent. They were quick, clean, and courteous. They came out the very next morning after calling them.

Their service was awesome, best experience ever with a plumber. Had a very experienced gentleman and his young apprentice come and split up the projects. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They also showed up right on time, and cleaned up completely after themselves. I particularly liked how the experienced plumber mentored his apprentice, who also seemed very up to speed on the work he was doing. What a great team. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Eugene/Cottage Grove area.

Work was completed on time for a fair price-employees are very professional.

We had a leak behind an outside faucet. Guys at Petersen identified that the previous plumbers we hired several years ago (don't remember who) used the wrong type of connection for the faucet we had them replace. Quick, courteous, and professional.
