Description of Work: The plumber had to get under the house and take care of a broken pipe. The service was fast and professional. The plumber was very helpful. I did not expect the bill to be quite as high, but they charge by the hour and I did not keep track of the time it took them.

Description of Work: Set up for them to come a bid on a fix....but no one ever showed up...or called.

Description of Work: In the middle of the ferocious storm we had in December, we were unable to contact anyone who could fix our broken water pipes with the next 2 days, who should come WALKING down our street but a plumber looking for a job. He had to slog back to his truck to get some of his tools, but he fixed the job, did it well, charged us a reasonable amount (many folks we encountered had been faced with plumbers who took advantage of them and charged a small fortune to have their pipes fixed) and went on his way.

Description of Work: My husband and I have used Peterson Plumbing over the last several years. Our toilet was clogged and they had to clear the drains from the outside. They always come ASAP and charges are reasonable. I don't remember what the exact cost was. We have used them to install new toilets, repair frozen pipes, put in new plubing fixtures. We are always pleased with their work. I just used them again to put in new plumbing fixture in the bathroom and kitchen of my rental. The pipes were frozen and they had to contact EWEB to shut off the water. They also fix the bathroom sink fausets. We always try to use Mary. She is so helpful and works very hard to please you and get the work done. It was a difficult job in the bathtub because everything was so old. Jackie Daugherty

Description of Work: My toilet kept running. I have been able to repair this before in the past by myself but couldn't get it stopped this time. In addition to the parts in the tank that were replaced, there was a pipe below that was also replaced and that was the one needed to correct the problem. There wasn't any way I could have done that by myself
