We are friendly local Eugene computer consultants who can work in your home, business, or remotely. We keep our overhead low so we can charge an affordable hourly rate of $70 per hour; Angie's List customers receive 10% off for the first month (see Coupon). We support Windows and Mac computers plus any other electronics/gadgets. We are often complimented on our patience and ability to communicate about computers in a way that's easy to understand. We can help you shop for a new computer, get it setup, transfer your data from the old computer, configure your modem and wireless router, and then setup a wireless printer. We have a wide range of skills and are excited about helping people with their electronics.

Description of Work: Aaron Madzik at Partners in Computing has helped us out a few different times, helping us set up a new computer and solving some technical issues on another occasion. Aaron is efficient, explains what he is doing, and can also work remotely on our computer to solve problems. On one occasion where an issue did not stay "fixed", Aaron offered time to fix it at no extra charge.

Description of Work: My laptop computer was refusing to work on a frequent basis. Aaron answered my call immediately and I took the computer to his house. Within hours he had diagnosed the problem as a bad disk. The machine was about 5 years old so I decided to give up on it and buy a new laptop. I highly recommend his service.
