I called Aaron on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house Saturday morning. He was efficient and effective, which I greatly appreciated, all at a fair price. He got everything working again as it should and I haven't had any problems since. He periodically sends out e-mails informing his clients of changes in his schedule, which I also appreciate. I'll definitely use him again.

We are thrilled with Aaron.He is very personable and pleasant. He gets right back with me when I call. He is available to schedule me in quickly and will spend time on the phone trying to resolve the issue in the most time efficent and economical manner. We have recommended him to others who have also used his service with the same satisfied results.

As I stated above everything was perfect right from the start. Aaron is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He got right to work and he works very fast and certainly knows the computer field very well and I will certainly recommend his Company to anyone.

WOW, is what I have to say. Contacted them by e-mail in the morning. Aaron called back within less than 2 hours. We made an appointment for that very afternoon. He arrived on time. My laptop would not update Windows. Had spent the entire afternoon before trying what I could figure out. He had it fixed within minutes. My desktop was slow. Aaron found that my previous HIGH paid tech had placed my CPU so that it would not get proper ventilation. He cleaned it up then checked out my data to make sure It would run great. When I asked STUPID computer questions, he gave this gal understandable answers.

Aaron was great and I will call on him again if I need more help.

Everything went really well from start to finish. Aaron was prompt, professional, patient and skilled. He kept at it until he got to the root of the problem (it turned out to be corrupted Windows files) and then he fixed it. I highly recommend Partners in Computing.

My son's desktop needed to be diagnose for problems. We called & left a message as to our problem. Was called the next day by Arron, who scheduled a time to review our problem. He took the desktop tower to evaluate and fix any problems. He called to inform us what the problems were, and made suggestion to resolve our issues(hard drive). He replaced our damaged hard drive, made suggestions to keep computer running, and that we didn't need to get a new one!!! Arron was very professional, considerate, thorough, and efficient. We will be using him for our computer need in the future.

Aaron called ahead to say he was running late; which I greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgable and got my computer running again. He also found RAM online and helped me order it. He showed me how to install it. He said if I needed help installing the RAM, I could call him and he would walk me through it. I was able to install the RAM on my own. Charge for Aaron's; time was 78.00. Additional cost was for the RAM.

We were pleased with their services. They were very studious. They were prompt. They worked so hard to sort out the problem. They were incredible.

We love them. They are reasonable. They seemed to care more about getting the job done than how much they were going to charge for it. They come to our house. Sometimes, the problem can even be solved over the phone and they can do it that way. They are very courteous, very professional, and very trustworthy. They are right there with all of our personal information. Darren is the one we work with usually. We have referred him to our niece and she was very happy with his work as well as the price.

I've use Partners in Computing, (John O'Brien) 3 times in the past 18 months. John returns calls promptly, is pleasant and professional, and has been out to my rural home to fix the problem the same or next day. He gets it right the first time. The charge is by the hour ($50), and if he finishes more quickly, he will do other maintenance or fixes during the remaining time. For example, I was having a problem with a nasty virus that wouldn't let me open any program. He got rid of the virus, and with some time remaining, he suggested a better anti-virus program, downloaded it and made sure it was working properly. When he has to buy parts, he knows where to get the good deals and only charges what he paid with no mark-up, providing a receipt. partners in computing is a very knowledgeable, reputable computer service. aaron just installed a new battery, ram & disk drive on my laptop (he researched best prices online & the price reflects parts & labor). he has debugged my desktop in the past, & a few weeks ago installed a new printer for my computers. i have found their service to be on time, very reasonably priced, & i have never felt ill at ease w/leaving my software or hardware in their capable hands. finding a good computer tech is as important as finding a good auto mechanic. i'm also pleased w/the fact that they can communicate to me what my computer problems are, or what they have to do, in a language i can understand. i appreciate being able to have someone out within a reasonable amount of time from my initial service call.

John is very polite and easy to work with. Our other components were not new so it took some manipulating to make everything work well together again, including a second computer in the house that is connected to the same printer, etc. John and his partner, Aaron Madzik, were formerly with Rent-a-N*** which no longer is doing business. We were always very happy with the people referred to us by that company
