DaBella - Eugene

I got three quotes from other roofing companies before talking to DaBella. The most frustrating parts of the process with the OTHER companies were: 1) a lack of thorough assessment of my roof when giving a quote. 2) a lack of reasonable financing [or any financing] 3) getting a integrated quote that incorporated gutters [in two cases I never got the gutter quote at all!] Working with Chip Sutherland and DaBella was WORLDS away from the other companies I consulted. The inspection was extensive, and Chip identified and photographed issues that the other companies didn’t see, because they never went into the roof’s crawl space. He was also extremely straightforward and clear about what would be done on the roof, why it was being done, and how the financing worked. Not only are the products and work guarantee superior, but the responsiveness and customer service are the best I’ve ever encountered in ANY business. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Albert Lopez came by and gave an excellent presentation on a siding job. He took all of the factors involved (the condition of the house, the scope of the work we requested, timing) and worked with us to design a plan to meet our needs.

I had DaBella come out recently to take a look at my roof and leave me a quote. What I got was that, and much more. Marcus Smith was professional, and very helpful from start to finish. He did a tremendous job explaining everything to me, and was very thorough in answering all of my questions. I’m very excited to get my new roof, and I would highly recommend DaBella, and Marcus, to anyone.

We received DaBella's information through this site. We had 3 other companies, including DaBella, come out to give us a quote on our roofing project. Levi, the representative we worked with, was very informative and provided a lot of information. We ended up signing a contract with them that day. Just like with any big purchase/investment I had second thoughts that night, luckily Levi called the next day to follow up. He was able to answer more of my questions and eased the concerns I had. We haven't officially had the work done (project has been slated to start Sept. 14), this is just a review of my first encounter with this company. After we have the work done I will be providing another review on the workmanship.

Jared was very knowledgeable on his company and products. I can’t wait for my lifetime roof. I recommend Jared and Dabella.

Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the roof to my needs. He worked with his boss to find the right shingle for me and was able to arrange financing that fit my needs. Dabella is a very professional company and their factory trained installers and the golden pledge warranty will give me peace of mind.

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional and made us laugh while telling about the problems on our roof. He then took us through Dabella’s story and the GAF weather stopper system. He worked with his manager to provide a good price but did not pressure us at all.

Marcus and Bishop came out to give me a bid on my roof that I needed to get replaced. They were very respectful, professional, and worked within my budget. I would highly recommend DaBella.

Scott and Jeremy came to the house and gave us an estimate for a new roof. We were so impressed with the company they represented, that we set up an appointment and gave them a deposit on what we expect will be a great job by their installers.

Jeremy and Scott killed IT! Jeremy did the presentation and really knew so much knowledge about the company. Scott was super helpful about chiming in and listening to our wants and needs. Huge huge props to them for being so professional but also knowledgable about everything. Two thumbs up! This company is lucky to have these guys!

I would leave 0 to negative stars if I could They talk a nice talk but do not deliver on their promise. I was impressed by the presentation and paid a $12,000 deposit. Right before the installation was to happen I was told that they were not going to install the roof vent system and that the 'Golden Pledge' warranty I agreed to was not going to be provided and that i was going to get the 'Systems Plus limited warranty' which is only 25 years instead of 50 years non prorated. I did my best to work with them and got the run around and lots of nice talk but no real response. my calls were dodged, emails ignored and no answers to my concerns. I asked to have the contract voided and my deposit returned because they could not provided the contracted warranty and had not provided the required addendum regarding the reinstallation of my roof top antennas. I was told that they would review my request on the following Monday. I waited two weeks and have heard nothing. once again my emails and calls are being ignored and dodged. They are bait and switch promising a premium service and product but at the last minute try to change it up hoping that you will just go ahead and take it with out changing the price to reflect the reduction in what you paid for. I strongly urge anyone to avoid these guys.

Haven’t had my new sliding door installed yet but the roof and gutters turned out fantastic and I’m sure the door will be the same.

THE SALES REP WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS OR FINDING THE ANSWER. SCOTT IS DEFINITELY HELPFUL. MY HUSBAMD AND I ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO.OUR NEW ROOF.

Not done yet. Will post again after the job is complete. Nic Cahill came to our home to do the initial inspection, and found some things that needed to be addressed. Nic was training a new employee , Jeremy Hansen, and both of them were very professional, friendly and very eager to answer any questions we had about the project. Would highly recommend this company and am happy to put signs in our yard. Nic and Jeremy were on time and highly informative. Looking forward to have the job done. Great team!

Roof and gutters were done quickly and looks good. Excited for my GAF roof and soon will have triple pane windows!

I was total blow away with this company. They were very professional and on time. In fact it went much quicker than I excepted.

This company after the initial contact and giving them a deposit came in and ripped out one of the tubs then came out and said the ordered shower pan was the wrong size and had to re order, it would take another 2 weeks to get it in. After multiple calls and no response from anyone at the company I got fed up and told them to cancel the contract and refund my money. The ONLY time I got a call back was after I contacted the financing bank to make sure they could not touch any of the loan. Then and only then did I get a call. I was bullied by them to let me let them finish the project which I refused, then I was threatened by them that they will keep my deposit, drop my "crap" in my front yard and then I could fire them. I had to take them to court and sue them, the judge did inform them that they DaBella DID breach the contract and granted me a full refund plus court costs etc. This company does not know how to communicate with it's employees or it's customers. If you have had a job done by them you were very lucky, I went for almost 2 months without a tub until I finally got to a point to hire another company to come in and do the job. DO NOT USE DaBella Exterior LLC for any project if you value your time and actually want to get the job done.

The Dabella representative that came to my home, Robert O'Brien was very nice and informative and professional. He is a rising star in this company and worked efficiently to provide me with exactly what I needed to create a beautiful new bath. Siding hasn’t been done yet. Jake and Justin came out for an appointment initially, then came back a second time, Shows how much they cared about helping us out. We live kinda far out and have rottened siding. Siding is a lifetime warranty and we are handing the home down to our son one day, which then the warranty will be fully transferred to him! Can’t help but be excited.

This review only covers the initial house inspection and sales discussion which were two separate meetings. The initial inspection involved 2 DaBella employees who arrived as scheduled and inspected the roof exterior and underneath via the overhead crawl space. It was originally intended that the inspection would directly lead into the sales discussion, however an inspector's foot slipped off of a rafter resulting in his leg punching through the ceiling, dumping ~15-20 gallons of blown insulation and plaster on the TV and computer in the living room. Both inspectors were extremely apologetic and spent the next ~90 minutes assisting with cleanup, cutting free the damaged drywall, and replacing with a single piece cut from some drywall I had on hand. Fortunately neither TV or computer were damaged. DaBella assigned an agent who contacted me the following day and had a subcontractor hired at DaBella's expense to plaster in the patch and textured the surface. I preferred to paint myself. Though the initial damage was unfortunate DaBella's effort to repair the damage met my requirements and was very well received. Their salesman, Tanner R., reached out to me several days after the completed repair and asked if he could meet with my wife and I. He arrived punctually and provided a well laid out demonstration and explanation of DaBella's shingles, gutters, services, and prices. He thoroughly answered all of our numerous questions and at no time did I feel Tanner was pushy, overly aggressive, or false. The final quote we accepted is not the least expensive quote we had received for the project, but neither is it the most expensive. Compared to our 5 other quotes it is the best warranty and materials for the agreed price and if it is installed as Tanner outlined, I feel it is the best value we have been offered. Installation is scheduled for October 2018 and I'll submit a followup review afterwards.

The representative Robert was extremely helpful and informative about all the products. He did his best to work with our situation and give us the best deals. All of the product we were shown are of very good quality. Previous work from Dabella’s was excellent. Will recommend to others.

Bobby and Tyler were thoroughly professional explaining all aspects of product and services offered. The warranty was explained in easy to understand terms. All questions were answered clearly.

The sales rep Robert was amazingly nice. He made sure we understood every detail during the entire process. He took his time and answered any question, worked out great financing for our budget and was genuinely concerned with our needs. It is refreshing to work with such a nice down to earth honest person.
