DaBella - Eugene

They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company

My complaint with DaBella is the heavy handed and bordering on dishonest sales techniques that they use. When I agreed to have DaBella do the roof replacement the salesman offered extended terms and no interest for 60 months and I agreed to this deal and signed the initial contract. Later the salesman returned with the financing paperwork and it wasn't explained to me and I didn't catch it in the paperwork that the extended terms wasn't in final the agreement, just the 60 months no interest loan. I feel the salesman purposely didn't divulge this information so he could get his sale and commission. The bid was one of the highest I got and the only reason I agreed to have DaBella do the roofing project was because of the extended terms which would have resulted in a deferred savings of $8100. It took repeated calls on my part to the Customer Service number to finally get a manager to return my calls to no resolve, he stated what is said between the customer and the salesman has nothing to do with what the final contract and it is, only what is on their contract, even though I have the salesman's quote in writing offering the extended terms and no interest loan. I believe that the salesman from DaBella was deceitful and bordering on dishonest in his sales tactics offering the extended terms when he knew that wasn't a normal practice. I believe that DaBella sales tactics are like working with a sleezy used car salesman or a timeshare sales pitch and a handshake and a written quote doesn't mean anything as long as they get the sale.

In searching for someone to deal with some serious roof problems, we found Brandon and Brett to be very pleasant and very informative to talk with. They offered a quality product, knew how to address our problems caused by design errors in the original construction and a poorly installed roof 15 years prior. Contractors were on time with both delivery of materials and intallation. In two and one half days we had a beautiful roof with a life time warrenty. Clean up was spotless. A bit pricier than other bids but quality of materials and insulation seemed worth it.

Mike was great to work with and helped make a new roof an easy choice.

Mike came to do an inspection on my roof and gave me lots of info on how to best tackle this project. Professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.

We are just about to get a new walk in shower we had the roof and gutters replaced with DaBella. Cyrah and Kayla were great!

Zachary franks & dakota creds came to my property a couple days ago and completely went over every detail and listen to every question we asked & they both answered them thorough and to the best of there knowledge. They also made sure that the price was in an area that we were okay with & worked with us tremendously! Definitely recommend them to be the one who sale the product!

Alex and Tanner were wonderful. I knew I needed a new roof but, I couldn’t manage to save up the money to get it done. I have had many quotes from other contractors in the area, ranging from $30,000-50,000. I was so happy when I saw the quality of work that Alex and Tanner do, and the price for the work was a lot more reasonable than those other contractors. I will say, If you are in the market for having a home remodeling project done on your home, you should call DaBell and ask for Alex and Tanner. I can’t wait to finally get this roof replaced.

Matt Brown came out to do n inspection on my roof. He was very thorough in his explanation of everything and answered all of our questions. Seems like dabella has great quality materials at a very reasonable price. The fact that hey could be here in 2 weeks to get the job done, and only take them a few days to do it, was a huge plus. Highly recommend dabella and Matt to get projects done!

Jacob and mike where very informative and friendly

John and Matt came by and gave us a run through on what they were looking for, asked us what we were looking for and then did their walk around. After they took their measurements and ran their numbers they came back to us and asked if there was anything we had on a list of priorities. Afterwards they showed us some of their materials and told us how their products work as well as talked to us about how their warranties work. At the end they came inside and went over paperwork with us and gave us contact information so that we finally make a decision.

Aaron explained everything from top to bottom, heard my concerns and answered my questions. There was no pressure. Aaron was an overall nice guy.

Matt & Jake were very thorough with their inspection and estimate. Application for financing was easy and quick. I believe the price was fair and the warranty can’t be beat in my opinion. Will post a follow up review after work is done.
