Levi Kinkade was very personable, knowledgeable and professional in explaining what is wrong with the windows I need to replace and how to correct the problems. I would definitely recommend him and DaBella to friends.

Leon and James came to our house today, and unfortunately told us everything wrong with it. I knew we needed some new siding, but was unaware how bad the siding was until we read the moisture readings, that were terrible. We agree to have the siding, gutters, and roof all replaced. Leon and James were polite and professional, and we enjoyed their company during their visit

Very bad experience overall. Cold sell at the door said information only for about an hour. Two reps showed up and were very high pressured. Once they were done - more like 2 1/2 hours - they wanted to know if I would give them the job - "We don't take maybes, just yes or no, so what is it". They also said the roof needed to be replaced immediately, however three other roofers said I had a couple years before any real damage happened. DaBella claimed to be one of the few if only roofers who provided financing, but another roofer said they offer financing as well. During the inspection of my attic, one rep put his foot through the garage ceiling - leaving an approximate 3'x4' hole and dangling sheetrock as well as a ton of insulation. I was told they didn't really know any contractors who could do the work - suggested I find someone. I told them professionals would find a contractor, have them reach out to me, do the repair and bill DaBella. Over two weeks and nothing! Meanwhile I've got a huge hole in my ceiling. As for their financing - the bank they wanted me to use has a D- on BBB for bad practices. Some of the contract implied that even after paying off the loan early, I'd still have fees I'd pay equivalent to the life of the loan. DaBella claimed I mis-read this, but I found a lot of complaints saying this is what happened. They wanted to show me how well they were on BBB, but didn't know what to say when I told them about the D- for the bank. Lots of mis-direction and pressure to get an overpriced roof done. I did like the products they showed me, but not them.

Austin and Keith are knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything to me. I'm excited to get the roof taken care of with gutters.

James was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his company and services. He answered any and all questions I had about the roof and gutters. I would definitely recommend requesting James to come do your estimates for you!

Marcus and Blaine came by to help me out with a quote for my roof in September 2022. They were on time, respectful, thorough in their inspection, but also in explaining their company and its products. My roof is now finished and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I live in an area where it normally takes months to even get a quote, but DaBella was there the day after I called them, and my roof was done within a few weeks. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them again when I do any other home improvement projects.

Super friendly guys (Ryan & Vaughn). They showed us several products and videos and even pics of our house that really needed the work. They really worked with us to reach our preferred price point. Everything about the experience was/is great.

Bert and Elijah on average were great. Mostly because of Bert. Seriously they were both fun to work with. They were thorough and explained everything well. We were confident with their presentation and bought the product.

Leon & Seth were very professional and helpful. They did the inspection and gave me a good quote. I had questions and they answered them. Will definitely use them again for my next home project

I have a very large and difficult roof that is 25 yrs old. Evan and John explained what they had to offer and I was impressed. In addition they offered a solution on how to finance it and made it possible for me. I could not be happier. The installers did incredible work. Fast, efficient and cleaned up everything. As a contractor myself I was impressed. Thanks to DaBella, Evan and John I now have a top quality roof with a 50yr warranty.

They refused to give me a bid after spending one hour at my house. He would only give me a bid if I sat down for a long sales presentation. I asked numerous times to give me a bid and if It were competitive, I would then sit down with him. I received bids from the other contractors with no issues.

James is such an amazing rep! Walked ne through all of the options gave us a realistic expectation for the quote and the quality and warranty is unbelievable, plank by plank! The approval process was really quick too! Now it's time to schedule it! Ahh! Thank you guys again!

Del and Chris from Eugene came out and helped us with a shower. They were very helpful, and answered all our questions to the projec. The most important thing for us is safety and access. It is only a plus how nice it looks and I can't believe how quickly we can get it done! Thanks so much!!!

Had Chip out initially to take a look at the siding on the back wall of my garage. After going through options he was able to help me out with a solution that was exactly what I wanted. They are finishing up the project and I am extremely satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend DaBella. Thank you again.

Was promised by salesmen that their contractors would leave things the way they started and we wouldnt know anything was done. (except for the grass) Now I understand that they cannot get every little piece of shingle and every nail. But after it quit raining and I got out in the yard I found piles of debris under our hedge, in front and along the sides of the house, and our patio was a total disaster! One of the roofers left their jacket, we picked it up so it wouldnt be left outside and a crack pipe fell out. The gutter contractor filled our garbage can (it was empty). I took pics and sent to office in Eugene. For what we paid for this OVER priced roof I feel we should have gotten some money back. They did offer to send back the contractor, oh h*** no! Dont need to let crack heads know that we were not happy.
