DaBella - Eugene

While the work is not completed yet, I had such a positive experience so far, that I wanted to comment. I need bids for repairs on my leaking roof. While other companies were scheduling appointments weeks out, Dabella could accommodate me the next day. Tanner Rossetto, (Eugene, OR office) came to do the bid for my roof. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was impressed! Dabella was the ONLY company that actually climbed up to the roof and went in my attic space. He took pictures to show me the issues and repairs that needed to be done. I NEVER make hasty decisions and usually require time to commit to any major event. (I took me three years to decide to marry my husband! LOL) Tanner was able to answer every question I had, and reassured me about every concern. I choose Dabella because of Tanner. If this is the quality and professionalism for this first step of the project... I can't wait for the rest!

Jake and Joey showed up initially for a window estimate. I told them all of the things i was trying to do and was surprised to find dabella does quite a few of the things I want to get done. Jake asked since we are here would you like us to get you quotes for the other things? I said yes. He agreed with me the windows needed to get done, but he found the roof to be the more immediate need. (15 year roof that probably hadn't been replaced in 30 years) It took a long time for everything. But they were friendly and professional. Today i have the best looking roof in my neighborhood!

it was very well. The young men were punctual, polite , knowledgeable and professional. They explained to me what was going on my rooftop. I have no leaks but do have some slight issues. they showed me examples of what they fix and how, They explained the importance of venting and explained all that they do . They showed me examples of materials and explained their purpose and importance. My current roof is 15 +years old. They took pictures of my roof and showed me photos of what needs or should be replaced. I am not ready to Commit and they did not pressure or push me in any way. they explained my options and even about financing. Bobby and Steve came out to evaluate our roof for replacement and to go over options for our home. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and took their time to explain the options available to me and to find a price that worked for our budget. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and the pride they take in their company and the product/services DaBella Exeriors provides. We are in the process of getting ready to sell our home, and had I known that DaBella could offer us such a high quality roof, at a reasonable price and with a 50 year guarantee, we would have had them replace our roof years ago. I like that DaBella stands behind their work and their product, that they are founded by a woman, and that they care for the environment.

did not "go". We had 4 roofing contractors give us quotes after inspecting the roof. 3 quotes came in around $10K +/- $500. Dabella? started at $24K and then the salesman "gave us a discount" and knocked the price down to $18K! Then we found out Dabella does use it's own crew but contract crews "that are trained by Dabella experts". Which in our area meant the cheapest crew they could find ...

Such a great company and employees. Everything went as promished and such nice, polite and clean up specialists. Brandon Howard followed up and was so great in the coordination of the entire project. Thank you!!

DaBella's representatives showed up on time and surveyed the job, They determined that I could make do with a much smaller repair than the extensive approach that they provided, and advised me on how to get the repair done. They were thorough and professional, even though they knew that they would not be hired. I'd recommend these folks.

Received quick call to have an estimator come out to review and submit bid. That was on 4/12 and as of 5/8 still have not received a estimate. The estimator did call a few days ago (after the main office called me to see if I had made a decision and told them I hadn't even received an estimate yet) and said I would have the estimate that evening (which was about four days ago). Still nothing. Unless the bid is free, I would not use this company.

They didn't show up when they said they would and they called and canceled 15 minutes before they were supposed to be here. On the occasion that we did meet with the salesman he pressured for a decision. Then they called us late in the evening to "find out what happened " we told them to take our name off their list that we were going with a different company.

everything went according to plan, I couldn't be more pleased.

Professional and punctual. Was kept updated on what was going to happen and when.

The job went fantastic! Better then I expected, the salesman Jake and Brandon were very good at explaining exactly what would be done. When the installers came out they were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable with the work that was done. They asked me questions and made sure everything was done to my expectations. My home looks amazing!

Dabella did an amazing job getting out to the house very quick. Justin explained the whole process to so when they showed out we knew exactly what to expect. We did run into a problem with mold but they handled it extremely fast, no I don't have to worry about the roof again.

I had dabella come out and look at my windows, after looking at them we decided that the roof was in much worse shape... They gave me a great deal on it and they were here within weeks... very happy with them.... Brandon and Jake were very helpful in picking shingle colors...

They are moving extremely fast to put a new roof on. I signed contracts on December, 12th they are starting my roof tomorrow on December 28th. Very impressed with how things are going so far.

Joey Venegas and George Panaretos were so wonderful! They came to my home and introduced themselves and what they were doing. I invited them in. They gave a perfect presentation. They explained everything they represented, the company, the leadership, the product. They also asked if they could look at my bathroom first. I felt that respectable. I loved the product booklet, the looks of it and easily desired to purchase it. The guys were so polite, respectful and considerate and I liked what I saw. I am excited to have it installed. Joey remained to follow up with the plan and the respect these gentlemen displayed to me and my home were awesome. Thank you. Wali Branson

Justice Kono and Trevor Allen came out to give us an estimate on our roof and a window. Their canvaser stopped by the night before. They did a very thorough inspection and discussed the issues with us. They proceeded to talk to us about their company and products they use and answered any questions we had. We ended up moving forward with the project the same day and are excited to have the project started. Will update when it's complete.

Justice K. and Eddie S. were nice and informative. Helped me find a good solution for my home.

DaBella was very professional. My wife and i really enjoyed Andrew and John (the installers) they even had there installation book with them on the job. The job isn't 100% finished yet cause we are waiting for the gutters and some little stuff here and there. Overall we are pleased with the process. Justin and Jake were great to work with and were very helpful and communicated with us when we needed them

Delivery went good. Put product in good place. Tear off was good. Andrew and John (the installers) were great guys, we loved them. Jake and Justin both were great reps and treated us good as well. Love the color and the product is very sturdy and strong. I like that a lot. Excited to get gutters on as well! Guys really went to work and the elements didn’t stop them, great workers. The product is A + quality. Installers had installation book with them as well. Very knowledgeable. They had extra material on the job so they did some extra little work too. Built a crawl space door and put up an additional belly band on the back! I would recommend DaBella to anyone!

Our first project will be our roof, Dan and Dakota, made sure all the necessary steps to have a successful installation were scheduled and in play. New roof will be installed in November. Travis also went through and made sure that all measurements for windows and siding were accurate to avoid any errors when it comes to installment time. Our windows and siding will be done in December. I look forward to working with these gentlemen. Sounds like DaBella's has finally figured it out, they have quality products made to last. Would like to see more companies learn from them. Will update as we go along.

I signed and paid the deposit. My new roof is in the queue, but I'm looking forward to getting it done. I will post more when the work is done.

We haven't had the new roof installed yet but I'm definitely looking forward to fixing the hole we have and stoping the leaks.
