Very pleased

I moved in last fall, but never got around to dealing with all the boxes and junk. I have a handicapped pigeon who lives out there, so he contributed to the mess too. I can even pull in my car in this one car garage. Amazing.

Very well. She arrived at the house before I did and got to work. She stayed as long as she could and got all the important items finished. One or two items - like cleaning the front windows we decided to skip. At the end of the day the house, which had been empty and was not cleaned by the previous tenants was ready for occupancy. It was a relief to know that I didn't have to clean the oven or the refrigerator, that the kitchen cabinets were ready to have my dishes and cookware placed in them, and that the bathroom was spotless with alll the floors mopped.

Caprice and her associate really do a great job with housekeeping. She does not do superficial cleaning . . . she really digs in and does deep cleaning. (The kind my mother taught me to do!) She also notices what needs special attention and then discusses it with me to determine how to tackle it. She is an excellent communicator, very professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. The service is not inexpensive, but they do excellent work.

Each week is different as I am disabled and my needs fluctuate from week to week. This is why I am so blessed to have found Caprice when I did. She has been willing to do all normal cleaning of my house; scrubbing kitchen sink, floors, counter, dishes to include picking up all the mess I have been unable to do. She does the very same in each and every room, recycles, scrubs my raised toilet seat and when I had an accident on the weekend, she came and cleaned it up before it was time for her to come back to clean knowing I was unable to do it for myself.She has a key to my house and wakes me when she comes in each week and because I am a service connected veteran with PTSD that shows quite a bit of trust in her. She even cleans my kitty house even though my dog tries to clean it first! She also picks up my dog's "logs" that are left in the garage, thankfully for Caprice they are tiny. She is always on time and always calls in advance if she is unable to make it which almost never happens. The only time she does not come when she is sick is if she has a fever because I have a compromised immune system. She even dresses professionally. She has also gone shopping for me on more than one occasion and is better than anyone who has shopped for me. She also makes the best Omlettes in town!
