Bonn Care gave me an estimate and at this time I've decided to have him do the job at a later time.

They came and gave us an estimate for cleaning and treating the moss on the roof. They also gave us a price for maintenance each year. They came within 2 days to do the work and after it was done it was like we had a new roof. We had another company treat the roof last year and they didn't get the moss off at all. We were very pleased with Bonn Roof and will use them next year.

Todd has very generously supported the work of the Veterans' Housing Project by donating and/or discounting his work and materials for this non-profit veterans' housing organization. When I asked him to bid on repairs I needed at my house, he came quickly, advised me honestly regarding what I needed, and provided the service at a very reasonable rate.

3 MEN WERE ON THE JOB and COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE APPROX TIME THE OWNER HAD SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THE OWNER CAME BY WHEN HIS MEN COMPLETED THE JOB and EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THEY HAD DONE and OPTIONS ON HOW FUTURE MAINTENANCE COULD BE HANDLED. OWNER WAS VERY COURTEOUS and I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED.

It went well. I would recommend this vendor.

I Asked Todd to put me on his call list for next season. This was a great experience. We will have him back again. Actually, while they were here we decided to have them come back in the next 2 weeks to wash the exterior windows.

They were hard to get a hold of, I had to call numerous times to get them to do the work. I also found it odd they did the work in the evening which seemed strange.

I had another reputable, local company clean our tile roof last year. Although this other company did a decent job cleaning the roof, they neglected to treat it for moss, so my roof was in desperate need of a cleaning and treatment less than a year later. Todd provided me with a detailed proposal the same day that I called him. His crew did a great job and left no mess behind. I will certainly use his company again in the future and I plan to recommend him to my friends and family.

They have excellent service. They send me reminder notices, and they work with me for scheduling. They are just really good. I've used them for years.

Bonn Roof Care provided exceptional service! They had a crew of seven people that got the job done very fast. I was surprised at how punctual they were because we life a half hour out in the country.

Todd Lloyd was very professional and supplied a quotation on the same day that he was called. They completed the work four days later, because I was having a family reunion the following Sunday. I was very happy with the job preformed and plan on signing on for the yearly maintenance program.

prompt, reasonable bid price. excellent efficient work. Good cleanup after. Came back for minor touch up immediately after roof checked over. Addition error was made in original bid calculation. Contractor noted and pointed out the error after the job was done and refunded the difference. Friendly, nice, competent workers. Todd was very pleasant, personable and interested in doing a good job for us. They showed up when they said they would. Overall excellent experience.

Bonn was able to do the estimate and work without anyone at home, which really helped make it feasible to get the work on the house done while I still went to my job. They showed up on time, got the roof looking very nice and cleaned up afterward. I did see granules from the roof tiles on the ground around the house after they were done, and that would be my only criticism. I am not sure how much should come off and still be OK. All in all they did a great job and I will call them again.

I selected Bonn based on previous experience with the company at another location, and based on the recommendations here. I called and left a message with the answering service to set up an appointment for an job quote. Todd with Bonn was prompt in returning my call and came out the next day to perform the estimate and leave it on the front door. The quote was clear and concise and offered two options for cleaning the roof: one using a power washing and the other using a dry procedure with compressed air and brushes. The air/brush procedure cost was $370 less than the power washing, due mainly to less mess and time to clean up. Todd called me the following day to see if I had received the quote and if I had any questions. I did ask Todd several questions, each of which he answered to my satisfaction. When I asked him which procedure he would recommend he said the lower-cost air/brush option. He indicated that, due to the condition and age of our shakes, the air/brush option would be less stressful on the roof. And, after the cleaning and treatment, the end result would be the same for either procedure; the dry procedure would just take a while longer to show the results. Todd did not try to over-sell his services or talk us into the higher priced option. We scheduled the job for one week later. The crew arrived on time and completed the job as described in the quote. The cleanup was excellent. They had used our hoses for some of the cleanup and returned them coiled up where they had found them. I would gladly recommend Bonn Roof Care to anyone needing to clean/treat a roof.

Excellent. Estimate was very reasonable, slightly less than competitors. A senior discount was given due to us being a repeat customer. Bonn does not use high pressure hoses which can damage shingles by removing roof granules. They advertise a system that removes moss from cracks by a sweeping motion. This method has worked well for us before. In addition, this method does not spray moss and litter all over the property and allows them to do a very satisfactory clean-up. They had to delay follow-up roof treatment because of rain, but came back promptly to finish.

I was pleased with the results. They manually remove the moss as opposed to using pressure washers. They have special tools/brushes for cleaning out the gutters. Cleaning roofs is their specialty and it shows.

They did an excellent job and got it done the way it needed to be. The quote was good and on target. A few months later after we got a lot of rain, our gutters were plugged up, and they came out instantly to fix it. I was happy as can be with their response and would recommend them to anyone!
