Bonn Roof Care

The personnel were friendly. However, they left a mess in my driveway, on all 4 of my vehicles, 2 of them were REALLY bad and on my green overhangs, they are now white. Called the office and was told they would come down nd wash my vehicles, but not dry them. Who dries their cars...this is Oregon? Well, some people are VERY picky about their vehicles and two of mine are not driven when it rains. Think long and hard if you have anything worth value that can get covered with this stuff.

Bonn was fantastic. Their bids were reasonable, their staff professional, on-time, friendly, and great work. Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Quick repair. And because it was so fast they offered to do some other seal work they could finish under the minimum charge.

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable! They came by and estimated the work, and they went above and beyond to patch leaks (left for me by a previous home owner) and fix shoddy roofing. I am so grateful to have had their expert eyes up on our roof, diagnosing and fixing problems. They pulled out rotting wood in one section, and filled nail holes. They roofed around vents that were leaking, and they replaced the high spine on our farmhouse. The price was more than fair- I fully intend on hiring this company to do a full roof replacement when it's time.

This company is a joke. They never once returned one of my numerous phone calls.

The job was done perfectly. Scheduling was a bit non-existent which would've been OK, but the crew didn't call me before they arrived like I had asked (and was hand-written on the work order). In the end, it worked out OK. I was home & available to give them any access they needed. I'd hire them again.

It always goes well. A team comes out and the job is done in about an hour. The gutters are cleared, the moss treatment done, and the skylights are cleaned. It is impressive because we have a huge house with a steep roof.

Of the 4 services that I called, Bonn was the only one that was not only able to give me an estimate the same day but also repair the problem. What a relief to my roof repaired before 3 more days of rain arrive.

Added I had Bonn come out to add new gutters and improve on the old gutter system. They made a below par gutter and water runoff system work beautifully and the new gutters make the water finally go where it should! I also had them take the moss off my roof and treat it. I am so pleased with all their work. They were prompt, fast, professional and everything looked wonderful when they were done. My roof looks new again! I thought I had magic elves clean up all my leaves in the yard, and I found out later, it was the crew from Bonn. What a pleasant surprise! Would use again and highly recommend!

Personal residence and 2 rentals went fine with one exception. The workers bragged about how little time it took to clean the roofs and how much I was being charged. $100/ a roof and it took ten minutes or less. One of the rentals had a car porch and I asked them to specifically clean that off......and they didn't. Took their word for it, and I got burned. They did all four roofs in less than two hours, including travel time and it was $400. Owner told me on the phone they would give me a break since they were doing 4 roofs all the same day, but that never worked. Could have call and complained, but had a feeling they were doing this to everyone......better to not use again.

The owner actually came to my house. Jolly, friendly man with good customer service skills. My roof is moss free and should stay that way for a year to 18 months. I will definitely have this company back.

I'd called three other gutter providers and only ONE called me back 5 days later, even! However, when I called Bonn, they called me right back the next day and were able to come out the same day to measure and give me an estimate. The matched another company's price and scheduled the work for the next week. They were here when they said they'd be. Didn't make a mess, and even hauled away the old gutter we'd already removed. They made one mistake and put the edge of the gutter right up against the papered house without leaving room for the siding, but when I called about it, they sent someone out the next day to fix it. Excellent. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Dustin and his crew were stellar. They did the work two days after the bid. Very professional. I would/will recommend them to anyone needing new gutters. As a bonus they were done in about four hours.

Very good I only gave them a B for responsiveness due to the fact that we had to call twice to get the appt scheduled since they didn't return our first call

Todd returned my initial call a day later and arrived two days after that to provide an estimate. I was out of town at the time. When I returned a couple days later I started calling him to arrange the work. It took Todd a month to get back to me after several calls left for him. By talking to other vendors I found this was the busy time of the roofing season and they usually do cleanings at other times of the year. This explains but does not excuse the lack of response. Once Todd did call me back he put my request at the top of the list and had a team out within the week. The work team did an excellent job cleaning and treating the roof and gutters. They also cleaned up the debris that came off the roof and fully sealed the holes generated for their safety straps. I am extremely happy with the work and will likely have them come out again for preventative care.

They showed up early and got right to work. Once all debris was cleared from the roof and gutters they went around the house twice to clean everything up. Treated the roof to prevent future moss growth. I was pleased with the workers and the work done and will use them again in the future.

They appeared when they promised, did the work they promised to do, and cleaned up thoroughly. The price was reasonable considering all they did.

They cleaned the roof. They did the moss removal and cleaned things up. This was done about last March. it cost about two hundred dollars.They were efficient and on time and they did a thorough job. I would give them an 'A'. I would use them again in the future.

Quickly returned my call for an estimate, we agreed on a time/date to review the project, Todd was on time, friendly and made several helpful suggestions. Received their quote within a week. They were on time as agreed and completed the job within a few hours. Their clean up was perfect.

They responded to our request for an estimate within a day and we set a time for the work to be done. The team of 2 men arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. In addition to removing the moss, they inspected the roof and informed us it was in excellent shape and should be retreated within one to two years.

We couldn't be happier with the service of Bonn Roof Care. The initial contact was prompt and the home visit for an estimate was also timely. Most impressive to me was the fact that 3 other firms had attempted to seal the leaks in our gutter corners and those gutters continued to leak after every single treatment effort, until Bonn came along.When Bonn worked their magic, not one gutter has leaked and that was 4 months ago. ( I was also told at the time of the estimate that if they did not fix the leak, they'd be back at no charge. ) With their track record, we're signed up as regular customers. It's great to find someone so competent and reliable.

On the recommendation of a friend, I requested an estimate on the de-mossing of my roof and gutter cleaning. They came out within a day of my initial phone call, gave an estimate, and within a week--my roof work was completed at the estimated price given. They were professional and easy to work with--my roof hasn't looked this good in years!! I will use them yearly to do the maintenance and some gutter repair.

We moved into our house three summers ago, and to be honest, we had completely neglected the roof and gutters. And we're surrounded by oak and pine trees. Yikes! Todd contacted me within two days of leaving a message asking for a quote, then was there to see the roof within the week. I felt his quote was very reasonable, better than others I had received considering he also planned on trimming overhanging trees (something we had not thought of). He got us onto his schedule for the next week, even though it was a day we would not be home. He was comfortable trusting us to pay when we returned from vacation. As it happened, his workers arrived early, before we left. There were three of them, all very polite and personable, and they started working immediately. When we returned home a couple days later, we were amazed by how good everything looked. Our roof was cleaner than it had been when we purchased the house. All debris was gone, the trees were trimmed effectively and looked great, and we could see out of our skylight! A couple days later, rain proved the cleanliness of the gutters. The moss treatment is guaranteed, so if we see anything grow back because of that unexpected rain, they will return and redo. We will very happily continue to work with Bonn Roof Care and take them up on their yearly maintenance offer.
