+ -1 moreI found Avalon here on Angie's List. Emailed Steve to see if he was interested In the work. This was on a Sunday. Much to my surprise, he responded later that day and we set up a time the next week. He came on the day he said he would and we came to an agreement on the price and work to be done. He checked his calendar and found he could come the very next day. He showed up as promised, did a fantastic job on the windows, and gave me a bill for exactly the amount he bid the job. Overall I was very happy and have entered into a regular schedule of service as a result of this contact.
Description of Work: Cleaned the windows, inside and out, for my office building in downtown Eugene.

He was very neat, cleaned up the small amount of water that had spilled, and asked me to inspect the windows before I paid. Steve also pointed out those windows where the seal had broken and where potential problems could develop. I was very happy with the work and paid the bill before Steve left my home.
Description of Work: Avalon Window Cleaning provided me with an estimate and returned a few days later to wash all windows, inside and out. All windows and two glass doors were gleaming when Steve finished.
