Steve was prompt for his bid appointment and for the actual job. Hands down, the BEST window cleaning we've ever had. Our windows have never looked this good. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will have him back again next year.

Steve did an excellent job. The two-story house had some difficult windows to reach, but he was able to do everything as he said he would.

Steve came exactly on time and did an excellent job. He was extremely careful of the items near the windows inside the house and of the plants outside the house. The windows were so clean that I thought I had left lights on when I entered a couple of the rooms, especially where the skylights were!

I've been using Avalon for years - usually have him come and clean the outside twice a year, and the inside once. So obviously I'm very satisfied with his work. He is prompt, priced fairly - although not inexpensively. But you get what you pay for. He takes the time to do the job right - even in difficult situations like super windows with bad access etc. Highly recommend him.

Steve was punctual, both at the time of his estimate and for time of his services. He was efficient, thorough and personable. He had the windows shining like the never have.

Steve's charge was comparable to other quotes. This is a large job and because of the limited winter daylight hours he was unable to complete the work in one day. He returned the next day (his day off) and finished the work. He was friendly, professional, and conscientious. We will definitely use his service again.

When the owner realized that we miscommunicated, he contacted me to correct the problem. Steve went out of his way to correct the problem in a timely manner, as it was important to him that his customers are completely satisfied. It's wonderful to have work done by a company with a strong sense of honor and integrity.

They were fine. The prices were very reasonable. They did a nice job, they were clean and efficient. It was easy to book, easy to get them there. My house isn't easy to find and they made it there without any problems.

Steve Goodbar was here within a few days of our call. He protected our blinds, floors, etc while cleaning all our windows and skylights. He also cleaned the skylights in our patio cover. While working on the inside we were able to chat with him and found him friendly and professional. As he was leaving he asked if we'd like to be called in 6 months as a reminder for scheduling another cleaning. We'd not had a professional window cleaning before and we will schedule Steve again.

I contacted Steve for my grandmother who lives in the South Hills. She has a lot of windows and some are very tall. Steve was able to get up there to clean all of her windows just before my she had everyone over for Christmas and did a great job. In fact, she said he did a much better job than both of her previous window cleaners who were out of town. On top of that, his price was amazing. I appreciated that Steve answered the phone every time I called and was able to put us in his schedule so quickly and also guarantee that he'd have the work done within a few days if the weather prevented him from getting up there for the scheduled appointment. We hope Steve doesn't retire anytime soon!

Arrived on time, did the work quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased all around.

He responded to my request email and phoned before coming to do the estimate. Actually had a space the next day to do the job. Our house is single-story with vaulted ceilings. Because he got through with the previous house a little early he called to tell us he was arriving a little before the agreed upon time if that was ok. Did a great job. My husband was concerned about having the floor stepped on by shoes that had been outside but Steve had booties that he wore when working inside. He was cheerful and efficient and didn't waste any time.

Very nice, he called about 30 minutes before arriving, and arrived on time. His work was excellent and he was very personable. My windows never looked so clear!
