Everything was excellent. They are very efficient and courteous. They were able to come out the next day. The price was excellent and the same as two years ago.

I think the price was a little high. It did take him seven and a half hours though. He did a fabulous job.

Don't have time to go into great detail. But believe me, this company does fantastic work! Highly recommended.

Steve is easy to reach, returns phone calls promptly, shows up on time, and works quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result is a very professional job and exceptionally clean windows. I feel it is worth every cent I spent and I will hire him regularly--the clean windows made the entire house look cleaner.

Steve was very professional in calculating his estimate. And he went to work right then and finished the job in a timely fashion. He does excellent work and is very careful of furniture and plants. He also gave me some tips on "green" cleaning.

He came right on time for the estimate appt. Then we scheduled a date for the work. Again, he came right on time and finished in less time than he had originally told me (by a half hour). I was very satisfied and will call on him again in the future.

Available right away, arrived on time, worked quickly, windows look great, price was fair (I expected to pay more). PLUS we got a free education about our windows and window frames, where repairs might be needed, etc. Very professional. Will definitely contact again.

After finding Steve on Angie's List, he came and gave us a reasonable quote for the job. He squeezed us into his schedule because we were putting the house on the market shortly after his visit. The day he came to clean the windows the rain was really pouring down and he was unsure about the footing for his ladder on the muddy bank, so he did what he could the first day and then returned on the next not-so-rainy day to complete the exterior second story windows. He also came back inside to spot check for perfection and readiness to show to realtors. He was thorough and professional. We will hire him again for our new house!

He was very good. He gave me the name of a company to clean my roof. He was very professional and priced reasonably. He was there when he said he would be and was done when he said he would be. I didn't compare prices but I had another house in another city and I paid $200 more last year.

We were very pleased with the whole process: bidding, punctuality, quality of work and pleasantness dealing with. We will definitely use him again.

He did a beautiful job. Some of the windows are tricky, because it's hard to get to the outside. Will hire again.

Great. Work was done ontime per agreement. When one area was missed during intitial cleaning the company came back immediately to resolve the issue completely to my satisfaction.

Very professional, on time, and pleasant

We have a two story house and they had to use a lot of ladders to get the work done since there were a lot of windows. We were very satisfied and we could really see the difference. It was very good. The guy who came out was very personable, friendly and did a very good job. He also recommended us to get the exterior windows cleaned every 6 months. He also asked us if we wanted him to call us when it was due for him to come back. However, we haven’t heard from him even though we did ask him to call us. We need to initiate another phone call, but it was strange that he didn’t call us back. We will use his services in the future too.

Steve and his colleagues cleaned my windows on a wet, cold, rainy day. There were some windows they were unable to get to because of the age of the house and the way the storm windows were installed, but overall I was pleased with what they did. Minimum cleaning required in the house after they left, but they were very respectful of my home. The original bid was $30 less due to the extra work involved once the job was completed. Steve explained this to me before he started.

Steve has been one of my best finds here on Angi's list. I can't say enough good things about him. This guy really knows his stuff. He's thorough, respectful, and just darn good. And very very reasonable for the amount of work he does.

Steve came to give me an estimate. It was very acceptable and he had time to do the work right then and I had the time too. I was charged exactly what the estimate was, even tho one of the windows was a bit of a problem. I am looking forward to a bright sunny day and having company come over and opening my blinds and showing off my bright shinny windows!

This is the second time Steve has cleaned our windows and he did a fantastic job.

Steve gave me an estimate on Tuesday and agreed to come Friday to do the windows. He arrived promptly both days and was absolutely professional and pleasant. My house has about 50 windows, many of them with small panes, and it took him about 12 hours to clean them altogether. He cleaned all the insides first, then took off the storm windows and cleaned them. One storm window broke as he took it out, and he immediately called, ordered a new piece of glass, brought it around on Saturday morning, and reinstalled it. Some of my windows are hard to get to, he had to go on the roof for five of them, but he figured it all out without asking and did a really beautiful job. He also cleaned my garage door windows, which I wasn't expecting, and an interior French door (30 separate small panes), which had been recently repainted and was a total mess. Since he gave me the estimate from outside the house, I knew he couldn't have included the not-visible French door. When I thanked him, he said, "Yes, I threw that in for you." I was very grateful!

Steve spent from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. or so working on our windows, with about an hour break for lunch. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. However, I am disappointed because I am finding windows that do not look as clean as they should, i.e., water spots, and also when he washed some windows he left the dirty water spots that dripped down onto doors, etc., instead of cleaning up after himself. I don't think I will use his services again for this reason.
