Description of Work: Actually had them out twice, once to fix the drain pump of my washing machine, then a few months later to replace the touch pad on my dishwasher. The scheduler was friendly and the repairmen were very punctual (or called if delayed) and maintained an appreciated level of professionalism throughout. I gave a "B" for price just because one could always wish it were less expensive.

Description of Work: Fixed the water line from the main water area in the kitchen to the refrigerator. Found the problem quickly and went to work. Great worker, informative of what was needed and was able to fix it up and give us instructions for follow-up. Very good company. Have used them before and will use them again.

Description of Work: Great work by AAA. Technician came out, troubleshot the issue I was having (dryer wasn't working), figured out the issue, ordered the part (main board died), and was back within 48 hours to resolve the problem. They did a fantastic job of getting to me quickly all the way through to problem resolution. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again.

 + -1 moreMy refrigerator wasn't working (through thanksgiving weekend- ugh.) They returned my call first thing Monday morning and had someone out early. He defrosted my fridge and said he'd be back with the part in a couple days; the wrong part was sent, but he brought it as soon as it came in. The fridge was not working the next day, (Saturday, a day they are closed) because my fridge had frozen up faster than usual. When I called on Saturday, he came out immediately to make sure it was working. On Monday morning I got a followup call. Although it wasn't an easy slam dunk, I appreciate their speed of response and availability, and commitment to getting the job done right.
Description of Work: a computer board needed to be replaced. In the meantime, the freezer needed to be defrosted, which he did, so that the cool air could get through from the freezer.

 + -1 moreIt was the type of experience you always hope to have with service companies. Quick, efficient, expert repair at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: AAA was able to come out the next day after our washer and dryer starting acting up. The technician fixed the dryer in short order, but had to take apart the washer to determine the problem (a pump cover was bent causing the drum to make noises when it turned). He ordered the necessary part and they called when it came in and installed it the next day. Everything works fine.

Description of Work: Repair of a water pump on a washer - the technician examined the appliance, explained the problem, installed a new part, tested it, and cleaned up afterward.

Description of Work: Make a fridge frost free that was leaking water. They installed extra lines and rerouted another. They have also delivered appliances more recently and disassembled/reassembled as needed with no problems.
