The tech was not as experienced as I had hoped. They did follow-up research and were very forthright about initial knowledge or uncertainty. The continued responsiveness made up for the initial disappointment. I appreciated them not just doing something that may not needed to be done

They were gracious and tenacious. My only frustration was that the guy they sent out, as nice as he was, really never solved problem. Only after multiple attempts the supervisor came over and fixed it quickly. Process drug on way too long.

Reading Angie's List reviews I chose a few companies when our washer started leaking. We would find water underneath in the drip pan, but not after every wash. They were the ones who were able to schedule me the soonest. The office staff was very nice every time I called. They asked questions and were flexible with helping me schedule what would work best for me. It took a few visits to correctly diagnose the problem as water leaks - if it's not the obvious culprits like water pump or valve or cracked or broken part - are hard to diagnose, plus it wasn't happening every wash. We had another company in before AAA quality care and they didnt' find the leak and thought it was the seal between the door and the tub that allowed water to leak down the front and he saw evidence of that so we made sure we kept the door clean and the boot/gasket clean and again for a bit it worked and then we got water. The first visit by Michael went well. He was nice, knowledgeable and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. On that visit he couldn't find anything wrong with a part; no cracks, leaks, the boot (rubber gasket around the door) didnt' have any cracks etc. He thought it was clogged drain holes in the boot and possibly a small pinhole because after the wash had been done for several hours suddenly there would be water in the drip pan below the washer. So we thought the water was slowly draining eventually through the drain holes and/or a pin hole leak in the boot. He left and we kept an eye on the washer and it took a few days but we had water again. I called to get him to come back, and we thought it was the boot but he was going to bring another tech with him for a second pair of eyes which I appreciated and I was not going to get charged for 2 techs which I appreciated, or the trip charge. He and Mark - who I believe happened to be the owner came a few days later. They looked at everything and every part looked fine. Then Mark climbed behind the washer and checked where the hoses screw onto the back of the washer. He noticed the hot water hose didn't look perfectly even where it was screwed onto the washer and on closer inspection could see small water tracks running down the back of the washer. He unscrewed the hose and tried to rethread it but it would not thread on evenly. The part the hose was screwing onto was plastic of course and you could see some of the threads were deformed so his theory was after the washer was done it was the water from that connection that was slowly dripping down the back of the washer which would explain why it was several hours before we noticed water in the drip pan. He did a temporary fix, he ordered a new valve, didn't charge us for labor for this trip - and we could us the washer if we washed in cold, we just had to turn off the hot water faucet behind the washer. They called when they got the part and Michael came and replaced the valve, all in the same week. So far so good. That final trip we were charged for the part and labor as normal. The washer is fine so far, I really appreciate the expertise and fairness of Michael and Mark in being flexible in not charging us for every visit which they could have, as everyone should get paid for their time, but I think he felt it wouldn't be fair as they didn't diagnose it correctly the first time. I would recommend them and use them again. It's been only a few days since the final repair and we've used the washer several times and several warm or hot loads and it's not leaking.

It's a good thing Michael had remodeling skills as well as appliance repair skills. My washer/dryer set is located tightly in closet-type slot that requires the appliances to be removed from the back side, along with dismantling several connections and barriers. The removal and re-placement was half the battle. The other half was diagnosing and then repairing. All was done with efficiency, good communication, and good humor. The company called up later to ask if I was satisfied with the service and repair - good follow up.

They were the best to work with as we must have called 3 times for directions. Very helpful to us.

Mark came right out, determined that it was the fan that was causing the problem, replaced it and was on his way in short order. Mark is an awesome repairman and has worked on a number of my appliances. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond to calls, and always fixes the appliances the first time! You can't lose when you call AAA Quality Appliance Repair!!!

They were in and out pretty quick. There was no chit-chat and they were very courteous. I was happy.

Mark was professional and informative. He completed the work quickly and gave me tips on how to keep my garbage disposal running well and explained options for if my oven malfunctions again.

They were able to fit us in relatively quickly. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate on fixing it and suggested that we'd be better off buying a new machine. Assuming his diagnosis was correct (and I have no reason to believe otherwise) it was a successful service call. He didn't waste our time or money. I would call them again.

Mark arrived on time, went right work. forty minutes later he handed me a wire that had gotten into the tub mechanism. I would recommend this company to any with appliance troubles. I would like to add that I had zero problems with the vender. This review site however is total pain . Thank you Peg wilk 541-747-7726

I can't recommend this company enough. They were able to address the issue and fix my washer (which is unfortunately on its last legs) to keep it going for a bit longer. They made some recommendations for what to purchase next based on what they have to repair the least and also checked out my hot water heater while here. I am so very please with the service, responsiveness, and the offer for future support. I felt comfortable and respected during the entire interaction. Really great local company who I will call for all future appliance repairs!

On Sunday night I ran a load of dishes through the dishwasher. When I checked to clean out the dishwasher, I found that it had not drained. I called this firm and they came out the following morning and fixed the dishwasher right away. Once again, I want to thank this company for their attention to detail and fast service. This company does an AWESOME job! Thanks!

The technician gave me a clear explaination of the problem and the solution. A detailed price for repair was explained. He was very friendly and professional. I will probably end up replacing instead of repairing but I am making a clear informed decision.

They were responsive and reworked their schedule to get someone out here before out company arrived that same day.

I had a very good experience with AAA Appliance. I called their office to get an appointment and was helped by the nicest receptionist. She was very helpful and explained that it would be a few days before they could come out to check the washer. I was ok with waiting. We set an appointment. The repair man showed up on time on the appointment day, checked the machine, told me what was wrong, told me the cost of the part to repair it and about how long it would take. It was only about 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time the machine was fixed. Very pleased with the service.

I called AAA Quality Appliance Repair based on info from Angie's List. The receptionist was pleasant, businesslike and helpful and scheduled a service call for the next day. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, completed his repair and cleaned the area in less than an hour. He was pleasant, professional, and explained the work he had done and the charges completely. He honored the "Angies List" discount AAA advertised.

After a bad experience with a different repair company, I used Angie's List to find someone to service my range. I called and scheduled an appointment for three days in the future. The technician arrived at my home in rural Lane County within 10 minutes of the appointment time. He was very professional and helpful. He replaced the necessary part and cleaned up all traces of his work. He even gave me a credit for the extra part the previous repair company told me I needed and I had already purchased. I was very pleased.

Called AAA on Friday, 4/13/12, to inform them of a broken latch. The lady who took the call was polite, looked at the schedule and put us down for a visit by a repairman on Tuesday, 4/17 between 9-10. When Tuesday came around but the repairman did not show up by 10:15, I called to inquire about the cause of the delay. Same polite lady answered and said she would call to inquire. She called back a few minutes later and said the repairman was running a little late. I inquired if he had the part and was told he did not. I then cancelled the visit for that morning since he would obviously have been forced to come back later with the part anyway and we would be charged for an unnecessary house call. I gave the lady the model number of the dishwasher. She ordered the latch. The repairman came the next day and installed it. The cost ($44 for the part; $65 for the trip and labor) was in line with current practice, but I'm glad that a second trip was avoided. The job could have been done sooner if the part had been ordered right away. Whose fault was that? I assumed when I called the first time and identified the problem as a broken latch on a Maytag dishwasher that the repairman would come with a new latch. I probably should have been more explicit and less assuming.

We called around 9:00 AM and got an appointment scheduled for later that same day. The woman who took our information even called back to see if they could shift the appointment by half an hour. Very polite. The technician showed up right on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. A potential nightmare situation averted in less than 6 hours from call to fix. Can't say enough good things.

This company informs you when they will be able to come out and at what time, and you can set the clock by them! I never had to wait around for them to get here, and the service has been top notch. I will continue to use AAA Quality Appliance Care for all my repair needs.
