Problem was either a thermostat or control board, most likely a control board. However, the part wasn't available through their suppliers... but it was available on eBay... but they couldn't guarantee it from a third party, though they could install it... so probably replacing would be best... Service was adequate and the price was fair, but it took a lot of prodding to go from a vague explanation to a clear description of the situation. Would hire again, but would also consider other service providers.

In and out in less than half an hour. Had the part on his truck. Fixed perfectly. Oh, and he was on time too ! Really unsure of the date, but close to mid March.

Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning our dishes well and we determined that the jets weren't getting sufficient water pressure to clean the dishers. We called AAA Appliance and they came out and diagnosed the problem. Apparently a small chip off one of our bowels had lodged itself down near the dishwaters motor and caused a part to wear out. The gentleman that came out to the house was outstanding...very friendly and knew his stuff. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and spent 5-10 minutes with me explaining exactly what had happened and how the chip from the bowl had resulted in the problem. He didn't have the part with him but ordered it and then returned 3 days later to install it. He also stayed for 15-20 minutes while the dishwasher ran through the initial parts of a cleaning cycle to ensure that the water pressure was sufficient and the dishwasher was working. I was really impressed with his expertise and friendly demeanor, and considering the amount of time he spent over the 2 visits, I felt like the cost was reasonable. Overall I was impressed with the service and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

Accidentally left my drawer-type freezer slightly open and it filled up with frost. Once I closed it, I thought it was taking too long to eliminate the frost buildup so I made an appointment to have it checked. The repairman was a little bit late for the appointment, but he did call and let me know about the delay. Delays happen; but it's always good to get a call like that, and know you have not been forgotten. That's just good business practice. I was told that the freezer was working fine and I did not need any repair. Again, I appreciate that I didn't end up buying an unnecessary part. I did pay for the service call, which is reasonable to me. Part of what service people get paid for is their time and that's fair. I definitely will call AAA again if I need appliance repair.

Had researched problem and came prepared to replace either the thermostat or the control board. Did diagnostic and installed thermostat which was 20% of the cost of the control board and didn't require a second trip. When I called in the request the scheduler asked for the make and model and what the problem was with the range and indicated that it would be discussed with the team in order to be prepared for the service call.. They are truly a triple AAA team. Thanks

AAA Quality Appliance Care is a very professional company. Icemaker was not working and called to schedule appointment. Appointment was made over the phone within minutes. Technician was on time, very polite, honest, and competent. He immediately ordered the replacement (from Portland, OR) and made an additional appointment to install the part (with AAA) the very next day. Again, the next day on time, with replacement part, friendly, welcoming smile, and installed unit. New unit making ice...YEH :) I would definitely use this company again. I can?t say that very often.

Arrived on time, had the spare part on hand, determined it wasn't the part that needed replacing and performed an on-the-spot tune to to the latch, provided me with tips on our dishwasher brand and left me with a perfectly running appliance!

The customer service for this company is AMAZING!!! From the people in the office, Jodi and Val to the repair guys, Michael and Jordan, were very friendly, on time, and worked quickly. They had a lot of knowledge and we able to get repairs done or scheduled. Offered to make sure we were satisfied with the work they were doing. We shopped around but the attentiveness of the staff was what sold us on this company. Update: We are very happy with the quality of customer service. Always on time and efficient. Thank you.

They're good people and I would give them A's all the way down. They're punctual and they've always been very honest. They've done what has to be done and no more.

Repairman was able to take out the dishwasher, reinstall it correctly, plus take apart and fix the bent door.

I was having trouble with a frost-free top freezer compartment pooling water, which then froze into sheets of ice. I had tried everything suggested online, as well as calling the store where we bought it (out of warranty -- no help). AAA had excellent reviews on Angie's List so I gave them a call. Michael showed up on time and got right to work. He checked everything out and made a couple of adjustments. We couldn't be sure he had found the culprit, but once he was done the problem was resolved. It has been over a month and NO MORE ICE! Thank you, Michael. On the same trip, Michael addressed an ever-worsening F1 error on my Kenmore Oasis washer (also out of warranty). Previous online investigation told me this is a common complaint and a major ($$$) computer board replacement was likely. Michael ran the machine through it's cycle, checked connections and electronics, and confirmed the fact. We agreed that replacing the washer was probably my best avenue. I really appreciated Michael's professionalism and integrity. AAA Quality Appliance Care is the way to go.

The office staff and the two different repairmen that I've worked with were professional, efficient and fair($$).

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was a few months ago for the washer. I was extremely impressed with the gentleman that did the repair. When he gave me the decal with company information, I was more than happy to put them on the washer and the dryer. I went around my house looking for places to put the stickers. Today was no different. The repairman," Michael", was extremely friendly. He even had me let my dog out of his kennel. I put the dog in there when he barks or starts bothering people. If he doesn't settle down, he has to go in the kennel. Michael had me let him out, said he didn't mind if he was around. I probably should be the one to go in the kennel. I enjoy watching when repairs are being done, not just to be sure the project is done correctly, but because I enjoy watching the repair person take items apart, find the problem and put the appliance back together, Michael was more than happy to answer my questions about the refrigerator. I am going to make my landlord aware of this company. I think they are just that good. Thank you Peg Wilk

We had a dryer making a very loud squeaking/grinding sound and called AAA quality appliance care. They were very responsive and upfront about the costs for service. They scheduled us the next day. A very polite and friendly tech arrived on time and identified the issue as a bad roller within 10 minutes. He ordered the part and set up a return visit for early the next week. Our tech again arrived on time and replaced the bad roller within 20 minutes or so. He also removed a coin from one of the fins which caused the dryer to operate much quieter than before! Overall I was very impressed with the responsiveness, friendliness, and quality of the work. Will definitely use in the future.
