Description of Work: The company was called to inspect a suspected roof leak around a soil pipe. They promptly and conscientiously inpected, quoted, and quickly repaired the roof to our satisfaction. The repair cost was kept modest. We weren't home at the time of repair, but the bill was sent in the mail later, as though they trusted us as clients. We were most impressed by their assessment that we might be told by another company that we needed a new roof, but that it really had five more years left in it. We'll call them, for sure, when we do need a new roof.

 + -1 moreOverall we were pleased with the job they did. It did take longer than we had anticipated due to weather issues but the work was finished within a reasonable amount of time. We did have to call for them to come out and do some additional cleanup after they had said they were done. One error in the quality of wood used in the facing of the new car port roof was fixed after the owner was made aware of it. The owner came to do the initial estimate and stayed true to this amount after it was done. He seemed honest and did not try to sell us on the more expensive options aside from explaining the difference in quality and longevity of different materials then letting us decide (and in fact talked us out of some work we thought might need to be done but was not necessary). We are considering having them do some additional work in the future.
Description of Work: Installation of new metal roof on 2 bedroom house, framing out of flat carport to match the rest of the roof, worked around several skylights and wood stove chimney, did some repairs to fix previous owners roofing mistakes.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY, AND I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY SUGGESTED I NEEDED TO DO LESS WORK (IE NO CHEMICAL TREATMENT THIS TIME) THAN I HAD PROPOSED TO THEM. I KNEW I WOULD BE NEEDING A NEW ROOF IN A FEW YEARS, AND HEATH CONFIRMED THAT. HE WALKED ME THOUGH HOW TO TELL WHEN TO DO THE WORK, WHAT TO DO IN THE INTERIM, AND WHAT THE BALLPARK PRICES AND OPTIONS WOULD BE WHEN THE TIME COMES.

 + -1 moreAMAZING!!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. ROOF WAS TORN OFF AND REDONE IN 2 DAYS. WE HAD OVER 3000 SQUARE FEET OF ROOF. ALL MESS WAS REMOVED AND NO PLANTS WERE DISTURBED. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE PLEASANT AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS WITH PROFESSIONALISM. I WOULD NOT ONLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BUT REFER THEM AS WELL. GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANKS AGAIN.
