Adrian and his staff were professional, responsive and timely. The bid was submitted promptly and was thorough. The work was scheduled and completed, despite cold, rain, sleet and hail. They tore off a wooden deck roof and supports and installed a new polycarbonate roof and wood rafters. They also installed a new stairway to the yard. All the work was finished off professionally and looks great. They cleaned up all the debris down to the last bit of sawdust. I was happy to pay a fair price for such quality work.

Adrian and his team are pros. They had the lowest bid, but did high quality work. They were punctual, approachable, and knowledgeable. Since installation, they've supported me with follow up things on the job, like a screw busted and they came and fixed it at no charge. Very impressive team!

My project was a complete tear-down and rebuilding of an upper deck, a ground-level deck, and a high backyard fence with locking gate. Adrian and crew were personable and professional, very easy to work with. They started the project when Adrian said they would, and they finished when they said they would. As I'm sure is true for many projects, they ran into a condition they hadn't counted on, but they handled it easily. I appreciated the attitude of Adrian's crew: it was clear they took real pride in their work. And with good reason ... everything looks great! I also really appreciated the small detail of latticework they carefully installed along the backyard deck perimeter to prevent my little 4- and 5-pound dogs from going exploring under the deck and not coming out again! I violated my own "Rule of 3" (i.e., getting 3 bids for a project of this magnitude), so I actually have no idea whether the project's cost was competitive. But in a way, it doesn't matter to me. They did a fantastic, hassle-free job. I'll call on them again without hesitation for any future construction projects.

Adrian and every member of his team were wonderful to work with. Excellent quality of work, excellent communication all the way through, met all the projected timelines AND maintained flexibility to deal with unforeseen challenges. I am extremely happy with the final outcome, and enjoyed the entire process of working with this team. I will use them again for future projects, and will enthusiastically refer them to others.

Adrian was amazing! He rebuilt an old 24 year old deck, using the original framing which was still in great shape. One meet, a couple of emails, and we left him alone to complete the job. We were not even there during the week of the construction. When we came back a week later, we were amazed! Everything was perfect - there was NO mess, and it looked better than we could have imagined. We would recommend him for ANY project, and did recommend him to a neighbor of ours. He rebuilt their deck also, using different materials, and they were completely satisfied as well. Calling him back for a bathroom project now - and I'm sure we will be just as happy as we are with our new deck.

He was quite flexible and caring when we were obtaining the quote and once again with our time conflicts with the ensuing appointment. He was on time, did his job well. The results were very satisfactory and the amount charged was not expensive, but not the cheapest. We were happy with the price. We have saved his business card for future use.

We can rely on Adrian to be on time and he does fantastic work. We continue to use him on all of our small and medium projects on our house.

Adrian Leech did an exemplary job replacing a non-standard size front door on my cottage, and installing a new door frame and high security deadbolt system on my workshop. Adrian consistently arrived 10 minutes early for appointments, was clean and professionally dressed, polite, informative and courteous. I received an itemized quote before payment, and all costs were communicated to me accurately. Adrian worked quickly and meticulously, Installing my doors in about half the time I had anticipated. Adrian was respectful of my home, and took care to put down a drop cloth during the demolition portion, and he vacuumed the entire area when he was done, leaving no trace of construction debris. The final product functions perfectly, and looks great. I have already hired Adrian again to replace some pocket doors in my cottage. I absolutely recommend A M Leech Construction, and will be hiring this company for any jobs I have in the future.

Adrian replaced a very old and battered second-story 2 x 6 fascia board and soffit with cedar tongue-and-groove. That area of the roof line on my 1928 home was difficult to get to because of a projecting metal roof from the first story. But Adrian and his assistant were well prepared with proper equipment to do the project safely. The job was completed in one day, and looks FANTASTIC! I'm impressed with Adrian's punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. He's one in a million, and I'll most certainly use him again for future projects.

Adrian (the "A" in A M Leech Construction) was professional from start to finish...I appreciated the time he took to involve me in the process of the reconstruction of of our deck...He answered all my questions, even the "nerdy" ones...Adrian takes pride in his work, witch is a rare commodity now-a-days...The repair Adrian had to do was not simple nor easy, but his experience made it appear so...I'm very pleased with his work ethic, it showed in the end result of the job...He left the work site as clean as it was when he started...
